Our private Jewish historical tour yesterday was fabulous and Diogo was a revelation! A former teacher, Diogo was able to bring alive the story of a community, the physical remnants of which are largely gone, with his knowledge of history, sociology, politics, science and literature. We highly recommend him and this tour!

We have had many private guides throughout Europe, but none better than Diogo. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and personable. He gave us great historical and contemporary information about Portugal and the sights, answering every question clearly and comprehensively. Plus, he is in incredibly nice guy. His tour company is responsive and well organized, from the time you contact them to the day of the tour. They are flexible about changing the tours to meet your needs and desires.
