All your consumption will be an additional charge that we do not have control of. Every time a guest loses their card, this one can be used by anyone, and for that reason, you are charged for the maximum consumption of the cards. Hi, Thanks for leaving a review as it is a great way for us to improve. Regarding the first bar - we don't expect our guests to pay drinks at the bars since we already offer welcome shots and all-you-can-drink in 1hour. We stay in the first bar for the same reason we stay in the third - to have fun in a bar - afterall, that's the porpouse of the tour. By the feedback you gave us we can see that you went on a tuesday so we will speak with the bar of the 1h all-you-can-drink. Normally they have Sangria from the tap so it is all the same, being the first or the 10th sangria - however we will try to understand the situation. By running late, we always take in consideration late guest, but we don’t take longer then 15/2O mins after the starting time to start our tours.
