Great experience

The guide was very knowledgable and gave us a great insight into the topic. He was very engaging and was able answer all our questions. What is even more relevant through no fault of his own there was a mix up with the booking, but he went out of his way make sure that this was sorted out. We cannot thank him enough for all he did, it is fantastic that there are people like him who make it their mission to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
