This tour was excellent. We were able to see the gardens, National Palace of Pena, and enjoy Cascáis. We had a great time with our guides Nuno Miguel and Philip! They taught us everything about these places and local culture. We had great conversations and laughs. Thank you for a great time.

We had a great day visiting the Berlengas! The island was beautiful and fun to explore. When we got to the island the weather conditions weren’t great which caused the boat ride over to be a little rocky. Despite the weather, our tour guide was still able to make the experience informative and fun. When the weather cleared up we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and go for a swim. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Lisbon area!

Bernardo was outstanding--efficient, friendly, interesting, and very caring of his passengers. The palace was unique, and the drive along the ocean to Cascais was spectacular. Bernado's recommendation for gelato was perfect. We enjoyed speaking with him about life in Portugal.

We had a lovely group and our guide was flexible with weather changes. Although it rained we still had a delightful experience swimming, hiking, and exploring.

The hotel pickup and drop off was convenient. Bernardo arrived on time, spoke very good English and was friendly. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the area, history and Portuguese Royalty. He made our day trip a very enjoyable experience.

It was a lovely way to see Sintra & Cascais. Sintra is absolutely stunning and going on this tour removes any stress of organising the tickets and planning the time arrival. Our guide gave good recommendations & shared good history on Sintra and Lisbon which was appreciated.

Bernardo was an awesome tour guide. He made the trip to Sintra very enjoyable and knew how to avoid the most of the crowds. He gave us great history lessons throughout the tour and recommendations for our next stops. Sintra was really busy with tourists, so it was nice to have a guide who knew the best way to navigate the area. The castle was amazing and definitely worth seeing. Great way to see the beautiful country side of Portugal. Thanks Bernardo!

This is a great tour to see the highlights of some amazing places not too far outside of Lisbon. Our guide, Ariana, was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable of all the places we went. Unfortunately at Fatima there was a large outdoor Mass taking place (it was the start of Youth Week) so the Basilica was closed and the chapel was crowded so it was hard to see much. It was still a beautiful place and it was nice seeing so many young people celebrating Mass. Batahla Monastery is very beautiful and I'm glad they make time to stop there so you can take a quick look. Nazare had a beautiful church and chapel and it was fun to run down and see the lighthouse and a little surf museum jutting out into the Atlantic. I would love to go back and see the large waves in the winter. Just be aware that if you want to go to the lighthouse you probably won't have time to sit down for lunch so if you want to do so I recommend bringing some food to snack on. Obidos was amazing and transports you back to Medieval times. The Gingja they are known for is delicious and I bought a bottle to bring home. Definitely take time to get up on the walls and walk around for a little bit. If you have the time you could easily do at least two days too see all the locations (a full day at Fatima and Batahla and another at Nazare and Obidos); but if you have limited time in the area this tour is a great way to see the highlights and experience a little of each place all in one day. I definitely recommend this tour to anybody looking for some day trips outside of Lisbon.

This is a must do trip if you are going to Lisbon. They pick you up and drop you off right at your hotel making it very convenient. Joao was an amazing guide who was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable and provided a great tour. Pena Palace is an amazing site and Joao was able to get us in without having to wait in the long queue. He also provided ample time for us to tour the palace. I had also bought a ticket to visit the Quinta da Regaleira during our free time in Sintra. Joao was able to point me in the right direction to get there and provided enough time for me to explore the grounds and buildings there too (I think he gave us more time in Sintra than normal in order for me to do so which I am much appreciative of). If you plan on visiting one of the other palaces during the free time definitely pack some food if you typically eat lunch as you won't have time to stop and eat (not an issue for me but would be for some). The stop in Cascais was definitely just a brief visit but it is a beautiful location that I would definitely like to go back and spend a full day or two exploring. It was great getting introduced to an area I otherwise would not have known about. Joao did a great job pointing out some of the highlights as we drove through before dropping us off to look around. Don't miss this tour!

Good trip. A little too in a hurry. The guide Nuno was very informative, maybe a little bit too much talkative. I personally prefer to be given some time to think over what I have heard.

A must if you are in Lisbon!! Joao was an amazing tour guide and each stop kept getting better!! Would highly recommend!
