Sintra, Cascais and Estoril Private Tour from Lisbon
From $138.04
Get the most out of a day trip to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril with a private tour, customized according to your interests. Forget a firm itinerary and enjoy the flexibility to explore at your own pace and make stops as you wish, based on your local guide’s recommendations. Save time with round-trip transport included, making more time to admire views from Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca, and Casais Bay.
What to Expect
Begin your private tour with pickup from your Lisbon hotel or port. Board your air-conditioned minivan and set off to discover UNESCO-listed Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril. Discuss your interests with your guide, who can customize the itinerary to suit you.
Visit the Royal Pena National Palace and enjoy the hilltop views, while learning more about the site’s history from your guide. Opt to enter the palace for a closer look (own expense) or continue to Sintra village. Alternatively, visit the nearby Praia Grande, Azenhas do Mar, or Praia da Adraga, depending on your preference.
Enjoy open ocean views at Cabo da Roca, then continue to the popular Guincho Beach. Afterward, head to the coastal town of Cascais with free time to explore its shops and harbor, before making a stop in trendy Estoril.
After a full day’s sightseeing, relax with drop-off back to your Lisbon hotel or port.

Great Day Out

Joao is a very knowledgeable and interesting guide. We loved the tour. Highly recommended. Sintra is bonkers. It’s best to go early as there were long queues by the time we left.

You could still easily visit Sintra as it is only half an hour from Lisboa. You could probably still travel back to Lisboa via the coast road but not have as much leisure time at each stop.

My husband and I did this tour and it was, indeed, a private tour for just the two of us with the driver. He picked us up from the hotel and drove us directly to Sintra first. Then, we went to Cascais where we had lunch and... More
