The BEST way to experience Lisbon!

The sidecar is a head-turner when you zoom through the city & the history of Lisboa is fascinating. My sister recommended Bike My Side since they toured with Daniel on a previous trip. It was a perfect anniversary adventure on our first day in Portugal! The weather went from warm & sunny to cold & rainy, but Luis was prepared with rain jackets. He picked us up from our hotel right on time, and communication with Daniel on scheduling was excellent. He even helped with hotel recommendations since we hadn’t yet booked when I reached out. This is an absolute MUST-DO if you’re visiting this gorgeous city.

Absolutely amazing - the best way to see Lisbon

This is definitely the best way to tour Lisbon. As arranged, Daniel was waiting with the motor bike and side car at my hotel when I arrived from the airport. The next three hours surpassed my expectations - an amazing tour with a private guide - also, the ride in the side car is very comfortable. Daniel is so informative, entertaining, warm and friendly. I learnt so much about Lisbon and we explored places that were unexpected such as the aqueduct which I was already quite interested in. Plenty of stops for photo opportunities and you can ask questions along the way. I would highly recommend this tour when you are visiting Lisbon.

This was a definite highlight of our visit to Lisbon, would do again in a heartbeat

We did the sidecar visit of Lisbon by night quite a few years ago and it's probably one of our most vivid memories! I highly recommend it. We took turns riding in the back of the motorcycle or in the sidecar, and i recommend you do the same as it's a very different experience depending where you are seating. The sidecar looks fabulous to begin with, and not only is it fun to do, but Daniel showed us tons of places around Lisbon, sharing stories and tips. I remember wondering why every city didn't offer this kind of visit, because it's a great way to see the sights and often we travel as a couple so makes total sense.
PS: for those who are not used to riding behind a motorbike, Daniel is a very careful driver, and we felt safe the whole time.

Must do sidecar experience Lisbon

We spent a fabulous afternoon with Daniel exploring Lisbon .I can honestly say it was the tour we have ever taken and the bike/sidecar was easily the best way to see the highlights of Lisbon on a fleeting visit.Be prepared to turn heads it's a really quirky way to get about It is clear Daniel is incredibly proud of his city and rightly so.The trip was amazing value and Daniel was happy to be flexible around what we would like to see.The bike/sidecar was immaculate and well maintained and as motorcycle phobic person ( trip was a surprise for hubby)I felt incredibly safe . Hopefully as the world opens up more people will grab the opportunity.Thankyou Daniel

Best City Tour Ever!!!

I’ve completed a lot of great city tours across the globe...by foot, bus, & bicycle but this was the first time I've toured a city by sidecar and it was, by far, the best tour I ever. Daniel and George were exceptional tour guides...very friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, safe, and fun! We covered a lot of ground, learned a ton, and stopped at some stunning sites!!! Definitely recommending this tour to everyone!

Best tour I’ve ever taken!
This tour, by far, was my absolute favorite thing I did in Lisbon. It was incredible how much we were able to see. Daniel, my guide, taught me about the history of Lisbon, while sharing details about fine dining and and the arts. Cruising in the side car was not only fun, but comfortable. He easily maneuvered narrow streets and busy highways, while stopping many times for photos, interesting conversation and even pastries. If you are traveling as a couple or solo, the sidecar tour is a “must do”! Such a spectacular day!!

A city tour unlike any other...

This was my second time experiencing this bike my side Lisbon tour...and we were able to customize it to take in other sections of the city. Daniel has an amazing team (we hade Jorge on this second experience) and it is such a cool way to see the city and it's narrow streets. Definitely a highlight of a trip to Lisbon!

This was one our highlights of our trip to Lisbon! Loved it, worth EVERY penny.
Daniel gave us a great tour of the different districts and the history of Lisbon. I would suggest doing the tour at the beginning of your stay as, for us, the knowledge and history made the 'whys and wheres' of the city made so much sense after and we saw places we put on our list to go back to explore in detail.
My husband being a biker was unsure how he would feel being a pillion but on the day we took it in turns being on the back of the bike and in the side car as its a different experience I think, either way nipping around the cobbled roads where buses and trams couldnt go was so much fun. I was grinning the whole time which went way too fast 😃
We had Daniel as our tour guide and David as our driver as we were a group of 4. I definitely recommend these guys.

Lisbon Streets by sidecar

Touring Lisbon in a sidecar with Daniel was great.
As all others have mentioned this was a memorable and fun tour through Lisbon. My wife and I had a day and a half here and enjoyed our 3 hour tour. Daniel came early and made us both feel comfortable and safe. He provided great information about the city and history without being long winded. The day was a bit chilly but he had overcoats for my wife and I.
I would definitely recommend him for singles or couples looking for a fun tour of the city. It will be a treasured memory.

Highlight of our Lisbon Trip - A must do!!

I booked a sidecar tour with Bike My Side after seeing the Netflix show Somebody Feed Phil, for an upcoming trip to Lisbon. Daniel, the owner, confirmed my reservation and was at the hotel ready to go (early) on the date. I highly suggest doing the tour at the beginning of your trip so you get the lay of the land, some history on Lisbon, and a taste of each of the neighborhoods to plan the rest of your days in the city. We covered so much in 3 hours, places we wouldn't have had time to see in our short 3 day stay if we hadn't done the tour.

The sidecar tour and afternoon spent with Daniel was an absolute blast. He clearly loves his city and is so knowledgable on the history, which he shares in a fun and engaging way - we learned so much!!

We did the tour in early Jan, and even though it was a gorgeous sunny day, it was still a bit cold. Not to worry - Daniel had extra jackets and a blanket.

The sidecar ride itself was safe, comfortable and so fun. The sidecar can go down the smaller alleys that the cars can't, and it was great to get a 360 view of the sites.

Can't recommend this enough!!!
