Boa, boa, boa!!! Fantastic trip led by he master guide Nuno. Every turn revealed new wonders and superb wines. Look for him on your next trip here.

Recommend you bring a power block, because you will drain your phone’s battery taking all the pix you need to document this trip! Excursion van did not have USB power ports…, please retrofit your fleet.

Awesome time with our guide and new friend

I was a solitary traveler to Lisbon for the first time.

Highly Recommended!!!! FIVE STARS to our guide.

He explains Portugal Winemaking, but also add in so many personal touches and stories of the country while on the ride to the destination. you might think this trip was just for wine, but I got so much more than that.

Table wine in the local fish restaurant is very affordable.
Perfect for people who are new to wine.

Bonus: Due to the bad weather, there are only two of us on the tour, we both agreed and stopped by the small fishing village to have local grill fishes. Fresh and satisfying meal. Great memory!

Good but not great

Great views, our tour guide was great but the wine tour itself was nothing amazing. They really skimped out on the number of wines we tasted and we spent a lot more time in the car than we did trying wine. The tourguide was unbelievable and nothing he did wrong, but the wineries should have better partnership given how much we're paying

One of the Best Tours we have Experienced!
Seldom do you have a more magical experience on a private tour. This trip to Portugal was 3 years in the making. Delayed twice because of COVID. We were looking to get out of the city and have an experience with nature and small scale community life. Something that felt real and not just another tourist attraction . This tour fit the bill.

Loved it from start to finish!! Picked up at our hotel. No stress of trying to find a meeting place on our first day. Andre was perfection as a guide. Super nice person with a warm personality. Accommodated us to linger in spots that were just breathtaking. Answering all of questions and curiosities about living in this part of Portugal.

From ocean vistas, hilltops , secret beach and hidden places ( not to be missed) our first day will be hard to top!
The two wineries we toured transported you into worlds your looking for while vacationing.
Bravo!! Well done Sir! If you see an available space to book it- do!! You will have no regrets!

A great day with some amazing views!

This is one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal. Even crossing a 17km bridge was fun! Sesimbra was a beautiful beach town with plenty of restaurants. I would suggest getting off the main road by the beach and finding a little restaurant tucked away in one of the many side streets - it makes the experience so much better. Ricardo was a great guide who went out of his way to assist one of the participants in need of minor medical attention, was very patient while trying to round everyone up (which was challenging at times), and was very knowledgeable about the sights and the wines at the tasting. He was so patient and friendly in responding to all of our questions. It was a wonderful way to spend the day.

Review a full-day wine tasting tour to Sesimbra

Ricardo was our guide for a really full-day experience. He was prompt, courteous and had a very clear and understandable command of English. He continually provided us historical and cultural insights during the drive between the individual wine tasting venues. His narration really was the highlight of the day.

Sesimbra is beautiful

We had a beautiful day on this tour. It was easy to meet for the tour and our guide, Jorge, was a great guide. The group of people with us were fun. We enjoyed the first winery stop. It was beautiful, relaxing, and the wine was delicious. The second winery was historical and informational but the wine was not good. We could have done without that stop. I misunderstood the tour - when it said “6 tastings”, I thought we’d be stopping at 6 different wineries. That was false - we tried 4 wines at the first winery and 2 types of wine at the second winery. That mistake may have been my lack of research so no fault of the tour. Lunch in Sesimbra was a highlight. The small town is sensational. I do wish we had longer than 1.5 hours there. That was really only enough time for lunch and then a quick feet dip in the ocean. There was no time to explore the town. All in all, it was an easy way to see more of Portugal. Jorge took us to see the bridge that looks like the Golden Gate as well as the large statue of Christ. It was a great addition to the day.

Perfect for lovers of wine and incredible scenery

Two incredible wineries, breathtaking views of the Sado estuary, lunch on the ocean in Sesimbra, crossing the Tagus via the Vasco da Gama Bridge one way and the April 25 Bridge on the return, the Cristo Rei monument, Palmela Castle ... This tour leisurely packs in a lot of sightseeing and wine-tasting south of Lisbon through the Arrábida Park and mountains. Our guide Simone was the best, extremely knowledgeable about everything we did and saw. She even helped two of us who were learning Portuguese with our language skills. A wonderful day and tour! I highly recommend!

Great tour

It was a great trip for us. We wanted to see the Setubal peninsula and the town of Sesimbra. Drinking wine was also fun at a large and a small producer. Out driver and guide Joao was informative and funny. Their were 6 people on our tour in a minivan and we all got along well. Kindred souls.
