Daniel was an amazing expert tour guide who made the day exciting and fun. He took us to scenic areas, incredible sites, and fabulous overlooks for Sete Cidades. He provided rich history and interesting stories of the Azores. We loved the Land Rover off road experience high above the lakes. It was misting part of the day, so we were sooo glad we did not take a Quad Tour! Thank you, Daniel! Highly recommend!

It was great trip with our great guide Daniel. Really interesting and nice landscapes and enviroment. Defintely worth the money.

Our guide Sergio was very friendly and passionate about the island and where we went on the tour. His enthusiasm was a delight and added an extra dimension to the wonderful sights we saw on the Azores.

Cannot rate this trip enough, Mariano our guide was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond( Greenzone you seriously need to keep hold of this guy,) fantastic trip, excellent knowledge and a seriously lovely lunch, highly recommend

A little disappointed. The tour description listed Sete Cidades & Lagoa do Fogo, but we never went to the second one. Instead the guide took us around the rim and then several times around the inside. Stopped on 3 occasions and said we could walk if we wanted. Going around once in the inside and not stopping for walks would have made it possible to see both. The guide was very knowledgable and courteous. We arrived by cruise ship but were paired with a couple staying at a hotel. The man had limited English and the wife didn't speak it at all. He kept translating, which made it rather annoying. Apparently he didn't know he booked an English speaking tour. Not worth the price we paid.

The tour guide was very good. The package was good value for money. The only disappointing aspect was the lunch. The traditional meal was not hot. My alternative meal was tasty but was also only warm. Free drinks were provided with lunch the only wine offered was red wine, beer or water / passion fruit soda. It would have been nice to be offered a glass of wine of choice instead of a bottle of red on the table. I ended up buying rose.

We did a second tour with edwardo and had another amazing time. He provided so much information about the island and has such a great passion for his home. We had a great experience. So great we did it twice!

Better than expected. Saw and learned a lot because guide was skilled & able to answer all our questions on flora animals bats & village topics

We had a wonderful time with Mariano today! He was very knowledgeable about all of the areas we visited. Also arranged the tour to accommodate the weather due to fog in some areas. We were able to visit and see all of the sights offered on this trip. Lunch was very nice. Overall a great tour. No rushing and enjoyable for all on the tour. Highly recommend this tour group and guide!

Eduardo was an excellent guide, who was very informative and really cares about the ecosystem of the island. I highly recommend a tour that is the least impactful on the nature's splendor that is Sete Cidades.

Wonderful tour! Mariano was an engaging and experienced guide who grew up in the area and had a wealth of information to share. The scenery and insights from our guide made the full day tour an exhilarating experience. The land rover and Mariano's experience plying the back roads got us to places we would have never otherwise visited. We will be back!
