Look no further then Natasha as your guide through Sao Miguel with Seazores. The island is her home and she knows it backwards and forwards. She will take you to the "must-see" places of course, but then will also take you to the places that are off the beaten path. She knows her history, her geography, and her nature and will tailor conversations based on your interests. We did two days worth of private tours with Natasha and it was tough to part ways after the second day! She takes really great care of her customers and is easy to get along with. Each morning she would review the plan for the day and ensure that it was aligned to what we were looking for. We are grateful for the memories she helped cultivate for us while on our honeymoon and encourage anyone interested in getting an intimate tour and experience of the island to book with Natasha.

We had a wonderful afternoon recently, visiting Sete Cidades and the North Western end of Sao Miguel island in the Azores. Our wonderful guide Natacha, took care of everything from our initial booking to the trip itself, and it was great fun travelling in the 4 x 4 as we were able to access more remote sites that gave us stunning views of the area! Simply superb! The trip was a nice pace too and Natacha's local knowledge is excellent, not only for Sao Miguel, but for the other islands too, so I am sure future trips will have to made by us. ha ha :) Anyway Natacha thankyou so much once again. It was so nice to meet you, and the trip was a total privilege.

We are a family of 4 with 2 very active young boys ages 7 and 10. With Hawaii being our family's favorite destination in the world, we had been curious about the Azores. So we planned an 8 day trip to Portugal with 3 nights in Lisbon followed by 4 nights in Sao Miguel. As we preferred to walk in the city and did not want to rent a car, our travel agent booked our excursions. We did 2 full days of private tours with Natacha- Day 1 we visited Furnas, had lunch and swam in the hot springs. Day 2 we visited Sete Cidades and also had lunch as well as a swim in the Atlantic. There is too much to summarize in this review about the activities and sights themselves, but in summary, Natacha was amazing. She customized the trip to our preferences and needs, especially with the boys wanting to spend more time outside in the parks climbing in nature. She moved the tours at our pace and we never felt rushed or bored. We did spend a fair amount of time driving in her SUV, so it was fascinating to discuss her knowledge of the history and geography of Sao Miguel as well as the other islands It is clear she is truly loves her home, and that passion is contagious. By the end of the 2 days, Natacha was like a sister, and our boys truly connected with her. We can't wait to visit again and see the other 8 islands. We'll be sure to have Natacha as our guide for future trips as well. Obrigada!

I highly recommend this company. We did both the full day Sete Cidades and full day Furnace. Both days were incredible and the best part of our entire trip. The day was packed with amazing views, culture, food and experiences. Our tour guide Natasha made the experience perfect. The only thing we would do differently is start the tours earlier in our trip so we would have a better idea of the island before venturing out on our own. We also would have done a 3rd day with this same company to see the waterfall area of the island.

I connected with Natacha on Facebook. We both belonged to a group called “Women who Travel”. She is super responsive. We were able to set up one day and half tour within a week! My mother, two sisters and daughter were happy with the entire tour with Natacha. The package included pick up and drop off at the airport. And drop off and pick up at the hotel. Her car is clean and reliable. For one day and a half, she drove from one place to another tirelessly. She was very patient with my 85-year old Mom who was understandably a little slow compared to us. She didn’t rush, she kept her cool and was always ready to answer our questions. She introduced us to the local culture and traditions. She is knowledgeable and has a good attitude. I will always engage her whenever I’m in the Azores. Relevant info: You can eat in her car!; You pay 20% deposit in cash (I wired the funds bank to bank from the US); you pay cash at the end of each day (I wasn’t too keen because I don’t like carrying cash).

Natacha, my tour guide was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable guides I have ever had in all of my years of traveling. She is a native of São Miguel, is extremely proud of her island and her Azorean heritage and was a wealth of information. Their 4x4 vehicles are spotless and very well maintained (given off-road trails are tough on vehicles). Lunch in Sete Cidades was amazing. I highly recommend a Seazores adventure (if I could give it 6-stars, I would)!

Natasha was amazing! When I booked the tour she reached out to make sure our ship was actually sailing to that island, and when our ship was late getting to port she was still waiting for us. Not only was she waiting but she also gave us options. Weather was not great, so instead of doing the high road, we took the low road so we could see more. Lunch was fantastic, and there was so much care that went into the family. When we go back to Azores, I will for sure be booking another tour with them!!!!

My husband and I were on two-day private tour with a very knowledgable and friendly young woman, named Natasha. She asked what type of places I wanted to photograph and she took us to the most wonderful, scenic places on Sao Miguel Island. She went out of her way for us so we would have a wonderful experience on the island.

I mean it when I say this experience is life changing. I went on a tour of Sete cidades and loved Natacha’s tour so much that I went back to the island literally 4 months later for a tour of nordeste! Natacha is a wonderful person who is so knowledgeable and passionate about the island. She is so good hearted and genuinely wants people to have a good experience. She was prompt for the pick up and had everything planned out well. She changed the tour to suit our interests and based on what I asked to see. She took us to have the best lunch I’ve had on the island that was home cooked. I felt like I was with an old friend the entire time. Please book a tour with Natacha! It will change your life. People like Natacha are the reason why I travel. She genuinely just wants you to love the island as much as she does. And honestly, after 2 tours with her, I really do.

Brilliant half day driven by Natasha around the lakes. She is an exceptional tour guide - asking what we would like to know as well as telling us her knowledge. She was very kind to the children (9 &11) and ensured that we got to do everything we wanted to, even dropping us at a more convenient location on the way back. Cannot recommend enough. On the tour itself - wow spectacular views and experience! You do go off-road and very high into the mountains, but never did it feel unsafe.

We actually were lucky enough to enjoy two days with this top-notch tour guide, Natacha, and saw a large portion of Sao Miguel. She holds a wealth of knowledge about this magical island and has the best personality to share it with you. We saw some of the typical sites, as well as some hidden gems that real locals know well, including some great local food stops. If you really want to experience this beautiful paradise, I would strongly recommend hiring this company to learn more than you might expect in the presence of a master tour guide, who you can't help but like as well.

This was so much fun! Natasha provided a fabulous half-day trip into the hills on San Miguel for me and two friends, when we visited the Azores in July, 2023. We were able to go off-road, which made the tour even better; we could optimize the views and avoid the crowds. She was gracious, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. Highly recommend,

Natacha is a knowledgeable, friendly, experienced guide that made our full day tour with Seazores extremely enjoyable and hassle-free. We originally had signed up for the 'Hell's Fire" tour (Lagoa do Fogo), but because of damage to roads from recent storms, Natacha prioritized safety and suggested an alternate tour- the Volcanic Experience (Furnas area). This tour was fantastic! Natacha took us to the best places- we visited the tea plantation and had a tea tasting, had an amazing hike (off trail), took a dip in thermal waters, enjoyed an authentic Azorean meal, saw steaming/bubbling calderas, and had a liquor tasting that included milk liqueur (which was so delicious!). Natacha went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic experience. While driving to each destination, Natacha talked about all kinds of Azorean history and points of interest. Also, the SUV was great- the ride was comfortable, and the car/seats were very well maintained. I absolutely recommend a full day tour with Seazores!

My family took two full day tours with Seazores and our experience could not have been better. The first thing that struck us about Natacha was her kindness. Our 3 year old happily went with her and remain captivated by her(no small feat). Natacha was knowledgeable, fun, positive, etc. The only regrets I have was not booking her service for additional days. We loved Sao Miguel Island and can not recommend Natacha enough.
