It was lovely getting up high to amazing views along the coast from Lagos. We really enjoyed being off the beaten track and wouldn’t have found the hidden pathways without joining this hike. Clem’s knowledge of the area was impressive and we had a lot of fun learning about the history of Lagos and beyond. She was a very thoughtful and motivating guide, looking out for everyone in the group and finding all the secret spots to pick local produce and have a perfect picnic view. Her home-made picnic was delicious with lots of Portuguese treats to try, and she even recommended a brilliant local restaurant when we arrived back in town. A definite holiday highlight, highly recommended!

This hike is an absolute MUST while visiting Lagos!! I originally found this excursion on AirBnb experiences and took the hike with my roommates while visiting Lagos the first time. The hike absolutely made our trip and stood out as one of the most memorable and special parts of our trip. Clem is the kindest, funniest, most energetic soul and she is so incredibly knowledgable about the history of Lagos. The hike is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I would never have been able to plan such a perfect route myself. Clem always brings some type of treat, snack, or homemade goody for the hikers and creates a little picnic midway through the hike to enjoy at a beautifully scenic overlook. She even packs a sheet for people to sit on, extra jackets and and supplies, and is always incredibly thoughtful in ensuring that her hikers have the best, most comfortable experience. I've raved about this hike to so many people and loved it so much that I had to do it again when visiting Lagos for my second time and brought along my friends, who loved it too! The hike is a good physical challenge but attainable for almost any skill level, so it would be perfect for people from all walks of life. Whether you're craving some killer views or just want an excuse to meet an awesome human, you should absolutely not miss this hike!

My daughter is 12 years old.. could she go on this hike.. she is the same height as me!
