We went on this tour on Jan 26, 2025 and had such a great day. Rilany was a beautiful, positive soul who wasn’t pushy but guided us well. She was available for questions, ensured everyone’s safety and offered to take lots of photos. Sergio was out quiet driver and was very safe. The Benagil cave view is actually the least spectacular now that it’s closed but I highly recommend doing the hike after that although there is the option to take the car back to the beach if you prefer. The views are stunning! Very glad we went.

It was okay overall but a little overpriced for what it is and communication was generally insufficient. The guide (let’s say his initial is A) didn’t look attentive and appeared as if he couldn’t be bothered to respond to our questions. He wasn’t good at keeping the time and blamed some of the guests for the delay. It’s not clear from the description but the trip is only by mini van, no boat involved, no lunch stop or even options to get something to eat. And the cave is, sadly, only to see from the top of the sinkhole and compared to other spots, most underwhelming stop of all. That’s the way the nature goes but everything else could have been better.

Absolutely stunning views. Just enough time to see everything. Very friendly and well informed tour guide. And an accommodating driver who dropped us at the shopping centre at our request on the way back.

Had a lovely time on this tour today lead by our fabulous tour guides Rilany and Eduardo - they were great! It was a super hot day so we went to the beach before and headed to the Benigil cave second. You don’t actually go into the cave but view it from the top. We ended the tour at the Algar Secar and did some cliff jumping into the water. Brilliant day all round.

The trip was amazing. We visited the Algar Seco first, were told abit out the cave and its history and good spots to get pictures. We then headed to Benagil cave and were given the option to take a 20-30 minute walk to the swimming spot or hop back in the mini bus for a 5 min drive. I chose to walk and see a section of the 7 hanging valleys and would definitely recommend. Our tour guide, Rilany, was super informative and nothing was too much to ask! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience! Beautiful views! You get free time to spend on the beautiful beaches with amazing cliffs around you ! Our guide was lovely, welcoming and caring! Her name started with H.. 😉 definitely worth the money!

Our guide Rileah, was excellent and I may have spelt her name wrong but shout out to her!! Care and consideration that we were all enjoying and making the most of our day trip. Worth spending 10am to 2.30pm in a group and we all enjoyed and felt that we got value for money!! Thank you!!

Trip was cancelled night before. No explanation why. Better book with get your gide. I had same trip with them. Guides are just perfect

We had the most unprofessional experience with this company just this week. We booked this excursion weeks in advance and on the day of, we were at the meet up point and a man came up to the group saying the vans were in an accident and some people wouldn’t be able to go. Our trip was cancelled online right then but he offered us to pay cash and get in the same van that was in the accident but it might “break down on the highway.” Already not a great start… But, we rebooked for another day because the first day was ruined but it was a highlight point of the trip so we really wanted to go. We reached out to Viator for compensation since the day was wasted and voiced our concerns about the safety of the trip. Then, Viator sent our complaint to the tour company and the next thing you know, the rescheduled trip gets cancelled out of nowhere with no explanation. On top of everything, we switched around our other excursions to accommodate the rebooking and paid even more money, to extend our stay. Completely untrustworthy company, sketchy, petty, overall I wish I had never wasted my time. I’m extremely disappointed because this was the one thing I was the most excited for when coming to Portugal and Faro.

What a fantastic trip. Bianca has guided the journey with great enthusiasm. She managed to mention all kinds of fun facts, was helpful and took a lot of photos of the participants. Really a top excursion!

The views are absolutely stunning, we couldn't stop taking pictures. It was so cool to see the caves and the interesting shapes that had been made by the water. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes though! And bring your bathing suit for the beach!

I don't recommend it if you are a woman traveling alone. the guide and one of the drivers are not professionals and are looking for someone to sleep with.
