I have used this service before for other trips I have made to Portugal. This was the first time that I had come with a large group and Algarve Family Transfers were excellent for the pick up and return journey. They arrived on time and were very accomodating when some of my friends wanted to be dropped of at the golf course instead of the hotel. For any future trips I will definitely continue to use this company.

I used their services twice on this holiday and both times the driver, Rui, was really punctual, courteous, nice to chat to and helpful with information about the area. The vehicle was lovely, comfortable & clean and the journeys were both smooth with good driving throughout.

I booked the first journey on the website and I was phoned by Sofia to confirm the booking. She spoke English really well (my Portuguese is virtually non-existent) & she was very patient with me while I checked arrangements with the rest of my group. The second time I organised the appointment by messaging on WhatsApp which was equally as easy and efficient. To top this off, the cost for the service was very competitive.

I'm hoping to be back in the Algarve next year and I'll be using them again without a shadow of a doubt.

Heartily recommended.

Exact on time at the airport and very nice and clean car. When we traveled back to the airport a week later we got stuck in the elevator just before we shoud be picked up by the driver. The only one we could reach at that time was Sofia. She informed the driver and he went looking for the security to free us out of the elevator. What a magnificent service.

Professional Service - Lovely Experience

The professional experience when it comes to transfers, drivers where early for pickup and very friendly.

Car/van where very clean, spacious and drivers have air con on so an escape from the Portuguese heat.

Overall, would recommend their services and will use them again if I travel back to Portugal.

Fantastic Caring Driver!!
Sergio (?) was extremely helpful! He called our Airbnb contact for us who said she was running late. He waited with us until she arrived!! He was so gracious and kind. He reminded me of why I love Portugal and it's people. Hoping he's available for our return transport to Faro!! We really appreciated him and gave a well deserved very good tip! ☺️

Quality Service
Excellent service to and from the airport. Always on time. Daniel picked us up at 11:30pm and took us to our hotel quickly and was very helpful and polite.
On the way back to the airport we had Sofia as our driver who was extremely friendly and made the journey enjoyable. I found them to have the best cars and best price! Highly recommended we will see you again!
