I would highly recommend this company. We all had an absolutely fantastic afternoon. The whole experience was very well-organised and professional. The staff on-board were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our children (the only kids on the boat) felt welcome and comfortable, that they got a great view and enjoyed the best experience possible. We also went with my mum, who uses a wheelchair, and the staff were really helpful with her, too, giving her plenty of time to get on first without being rushed. (My mum can walk a little, so she got out of her wheelchair once we got to the boat, and walked to her seat. There is a step from the pontoon to the boat, and the ride was bumpy at times, so I don't think you'd be able to take a wheelchair onboard.) My husband has some experience driving smaller power boats, and he commented on the excellent boat-handling skills of the drivers, and how they managed to safely manoeuvre the boat into and out of caves in choppy seas. My husband is not easily impressed, so this is saying something! I also thought the driver was very respectful of the dolphins, giving them a wide berth and slowing down so we weren't "chasing" them, and we still got a really good view. Communication and info about the dolphins was also great. I was really pleased we chose this company (it was pot luck - we hadn't had any recommendations and hadn't done a trip like this before) and will definitely use them again if we come back to the Algarve.

Leo and Ricardo were amazing!! We had the best trip, they were so funny, and the parasailing was incredible - would 100% recommend!

Parasailing with Leo and Ricardo was amazing!! Definitely a highlight of my trip These guys were great fun they made sure we felt safe at all times and new what we were doing or what to expect. They played music on the boat which was great fun. You don’t need to take anything with you on the boat is a great trip you don’t really get wet either. The photos they took were great value for money €25 and we got access to all the photos and they were emailed over within 5 minutes I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area on holiday

The check in is a bit crazy. Not really sign posted well. We booked via an booking agent but when we arrived there are loads of travel companies in this area. It took some time to get in the right place. However our trip out was amazing 2 hours on a speed rib. We where lucky enough to see some dolphins and other amazing wildlife and the caves were great too. Ive seen some 1 star reviews on here regarding not seeing any wild life. They make it clear that these are animals. And they might not be out there during your trip. They are not caged in and its a big ocean.

Boat tour was really nice and so much fun! We booked the Tour on Halloween so there was a fun guy with a scelettoncostume. Unfortunately the tour only went about 1.5 hour instead of at least the promised 2-3 hours. This was very sad

I was able to experience one of the worst customer care . We booked a trip with this company for my little one birthday . Booked in the morning for a 12pm trip. We were 6 people group including 2 grandparents. On the arrival, we were advised that the boat would be available for that trip as there aren't big waves, and it's not allowed . We have to move to a bigger boat that will depart at 12:30. We wait until 1 pm without any information about the delay . At 1:10 pw, we were called to gather together under the rain and wind to make lines¿? 15 minutes under the rain and wind, small children and older people. After the non scenes of those blue, purple, and red grups , we were told that there would be no trip🤣. We have to queue for a refund for 30 minutes. They managed to ruin the day of 6 people. No apologies were given. No empathy . That is what you get from that joke company!

Fascinating tour of the caves and we managed to be there on a day when all the dolphins were out and about so we really appreciated seeing them. The boat operators didn't talk much so we were a bit confused on what was happening at the beginning when the boat was moving really fast out into the sea but then realized it was to see the dolphins that are on their own schedule. They also allowed people to jump in and swim however we were not told but it was great for my family. All in all a great tour and highly recommend.

Would try a different one next time. Great to be on the water but not "wow" factor. Nice guys but not worth it but all and all glad we saw the caves etc

The boat ride was awesome! The crew took the time to stop & let us watch dolphins. We saw so much of the caves. It was perfect!

I think we must have been on the same trip as Kmarta who has also left a review. The weather wasn't great and the sea rough. I don't think it should have taken place either. Many people were sick and other than travelling along the coast seeing some caves at mostly low speeds which made the boat rocking in the strong waves worse it was more like killing time than anything else which is unfortunate. We did look for dolphins but it had already been discussed by the crew that it was unlikely there would be any sightings because of the bad weather. Unfortunately we didn't experience anything positive except the crew were professional. It was a costly experience for what we got.

We went as a family of 7 (four adults and three kids aged 12, 10 and 3) and loved the Dreamer boat trip. Very well organised for check in, boarding the boat and information from our host along the way. Great views along the coast, amazing caves and we saw dolphins! Highly recommend this trip.

Fantastic trip out to visit the beautiful coast line. We took our 4 and 7 year old, although the water was choppy at times, they always felt safe and had a great time. Highlight of the trip was seeing a pod of wild dolphins. Great guides. Highly recommend

The experience was quite scary, as we were in a small, rubber raft type of boat and went quite far into open ocean. There were weather warnings along that coast, so I wonder if the excursion should have taken place at all with such high waves. We didn't see any dolphins, and it seemed that the crew did not try very hard. It was very disappointing. The tour along the coast looking at caves was a bit interesting, but just looking at them from open water doesn't give you the perspective of the pictures shown in the advertisements. I would not recommend this tour.
