Thank you, guys, for an extremely well-organized and safe 13-day tour across the island. The driver (Asanka is the best!) patiently waited for us at the airport despite our flight being almost 2 hours delayed. The car (mini-van) was clean with working AC and very spacious, allowing us to fit all our 7+ suitcases/bags and still comfortably sleep on our way to Trinco. Asanka consistently helped us throughout our trip - he assisted with fruit sellers, advised on great places to visit, cafes, and restaurants, and was very flexible, accommodating all the little changes we wanted to make to our itinerary. Thank you again for making this trip positively unforgettable!!!

everything about this trip was outstanding! on time collection, air con private car, reclining seats so slept when collected at 4am. our driver was incredible. we saw elephants and a leopard as well as many other animals. he knew all the best places to go. this was outstanding value for money and everything you could wish for.

The driver arrived in time in an air-conditioned car that was very comfortable. I was able to cater the day to my liking which was great, because I got to spend more time in Galle and skip the places I wasn't interested in. The whole trip was stress free and I felt safe as an solo female driver. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at 5 different hotels over 7 nights and Asanka Hettiarachchi picked us up from the airport on day 1. We used him for all our transport requirements after that, as required over the whole week. We were impressed with his punctuality, politeness and knowledge of his country which was really helpful as we’d never visited Sri Lanka before and it was a last minute decision, so not much time to plan! His driving skills were excellent, everything calmly executed through reading the road well, obviously via many years of experience of Sri Lankan road rules, which actually work much better than you’d think, once you understand! Would highly recommend for all the points as above 👍🏻

The driver was brilliant! Took me everywhere and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Would use them again next time for sure! They even arranged a driver to take me to the airport when asked. Such lovely people.

The trip was an amazing tour. When requesting for the tour, ask for Thilanka specifically. He is an amazing tour guide. He recommended spectacular places to visit, restaurants with amazing food and view. He also supported largely in all the logistics and got us great deals when shopping. Overall, this tour is highly recommended.

This tour was very nice and fun. The agency was easy to work with and our guide Thilanka was great. He was very nice and helped take photos as well as provide insight on the sites. Most of the sites require additional fees to partake in an activity but the costs are very high. If you do some research beforehand you can help to advise on what sites you’d prefer to see first or are a must for you. I would use this service again when I return to Sri Lanka.

5 star experience Alright everyone. If you are going to Sri Lanka and have not booked this company to guide and show you around then you really missed the best guide experience of your life and adventure! We booked our guide and his driver from this company via our hotel Granbell Colombo. Mahesh is the name of the beloved guide and the drivers name is Saman! You need too book this two guys together to get the ultimate experience! We booked them 4 days and we went through almost 8 cities together. They are well experienced and can a lot of things to offer on the way. And the best thing is that where ever you are in Sri Lanka they’ll come to you! Their service is the best, never ever have we had a guide so good, (and belve me, we’ve been a lot of trips in this world) almost from a fairytale. They will give you the most comfort in your trip, especially if you book the van! It’s big and comfy and you can always tell them if you want to take some pictures of the stunning views of Sri Lanka, or if you totally want to change destination. Not only that, they took us to the moste beautiful places on the south coast and then up in the island. And they always check with you where you want to find a hotel etc. Our second night, me and my wife found som lizards in one of the hotels we booked, and immediately we contacted our guide and searched for a hotel for at least 3h. In the middle of the night! Now tell me, what guide or driver would ever do this? Non! And the next day I realised that I have forgotten my swimming shorts in that hotel and without heisting they brought them back for me the next morning before we even woke up! And then after that story, every single hotel, they went in with me to check if the rooms was good so we could check in! They called every hotel we ent to and we also checked if they where good to sleep in! They even woke up early to book some first class ticket for me and wife, even though it was full booked they managed to get us two tickets for the train ride! And not only do they call the hotels for you, they even called for a souviner shop for us to have extra open on their holy day that is once per month! Every full night! Yes, our guide guided us though it all and I will not soil things for you, you’ve to check by your self’s! And yeah! Ofc they give you the space to enjoy the trip all by yourselfs, they know when to leave you alone and let you guys have your private time, like in restaurants or on the beach, on your journey, on the road trip etc! They are so professional it’s unbelievable! And they helped us, even though they did not have to do it. My wife got an illness and they did everything to find us a pharmacy in the middle of nowhere. And they helpes us to buy the right medicine etc. If you want the journey of your life with the best guides ever, and they know the job well, then this is the company you have to book. You’ll never regret it! And for us now, tanks to our beloved guides Sri Lanka is our number one country in the world! This country is so underrated it’s crazy! This country is the best, and I do not know why I’ve never heard about Sri Lanka before this year! Everyone should visit this extremely beautiful country, and if not, then you have missed everything! We were lucky to meet Mahesh on our way from Galle to Weligama, and his safe driving style and knowledge of the island charmed us instantly. :) He agreed to organize a customized one-day safari to Yala for us, and also a longer trip around the island with one of his drivers, who also made us feel safe on the road and comfortable off the road. We were in Galle for four days, and we were lucky to have Mahesh organize our sightseeing tours. Mahesh is a wonderful guide. He is knowledgeable , easy to understand, and knows the area well. He took us to a couple of places we wouldn't have visited otherwise, like the cinnamon peeling center and the monument to the victims of the tsunami. It was wonderful having him plan the itinerary based on our interests. I would highly recommend his services.

Mahesh from Galle Tours and Travels is a very reliable tour operator. He arranged an outstation Cab for us at a very short notice for our trip from Galle to Kandy and then to Colombo. The driver assigned by him- Asanka was very professional and knowledgable.
