    Wonderful time!
We had an excellent instructor in Ike! He showed us and helped us in the process of making chocolate. As fun as this experience was, and I DO RECOMMEND this tour, for me it is much easier and less messy to buy the local chocolate from the shops...you can't go wrong! LOL

    Amazing
Kelly was absolutely amazing! We were lucky enough to have exclusive session where we we taught everything from the history or chocolate through to how to make amazing pralines and mendiants. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Bad welcom (We arrived 1 minute later and had an unpleasant remark saying we kept everyone waiting) ; akward vibes from the Teacher Harry (jokes not funny) and we only worked with dark chocolate.

We reserved for 2 as couple (it was a birthday gift) and we have been asked to work with a third person that we dont know - not pleasant for a birthday gift.

We had a lot of topppings in front of us (nutella, spéculos, white chocolate, chantilly cream) but couldn’t use them which was frustrating.

The positives things are : the workshop place which is cute and we were doing every step for thé chocolate by ourself.

Thanks for joining the workshop. Please find my answers below: - we like to start on time, especially for other guests that make the effort to arrive on time and by respect for them - the workshop is rather long to complete, for that matter, we work in teams, that's in the experience description. If you want a workshop just for you, I would recommend you book a private activity. - the toppings you saw are for the waffle workshop, its not possible to add them to the praline as they are not liquid enough or they go bad too quickly (like chantilly) - we work with sweet dark chocolate as its vegan and fits most people palet. However for the filling you have made during the workshop used cream & milk chocolate, so there is definitely for everyone! Im happy that overall it was a good experience and we look forward to see you again for the Waffle Workshop this time! Regards, Titch

This class was so much fun. The instructor, Maria was loaded with personality, knowledge and energy. Everybody had a wonderful time and learned so much. We have only talked about doing a class like this but have never committed to doing so until this trip and we are so happy that we did. Already thinking about some type of specialty praline we can make for our annual Christmas party.

The only setback is that the room was very hot. They did have two freestanding air conditioning units but we went on a particularly warm day. Maria made sure to offer a cold water to everyone and move the air conditioning units to be more effective. There is a nice restroom you can use if needed.

Get ready to have a wonderful time and take home some delicious chocolates.

First, we received an email prior to the date of the workshop informing us that the location had been changed. We were not concerned until we arrived because the site was under construction and the noise made it difficult to hear the instructor as well as the sounds from the outside (windows were open because the air conditioning unit was inadequate). The instructor was disorganized in implementing the activity, though he tried, but the conditions were challenging for him and for the participants; running up and down stairs to accommodate the making of the chocolate candies, which melted and appeared to be of poor quality chocolate. It was almost as if the workshop described in the previous reviews was different from what we experienced. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this workshop.

My husband surprised me on my birthday last week with this fantastic chocolate-making experience whilst we were in Bruges. What a fabulous day it was. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Our chocolate class was taught by Mavoure who clearly loves what he does and was so knowledgeable. My husband and I were able to have a go at making our own chocolates. And at the end of the experience we got to enjoy some lovely hot chocolate. The chocolates we made are so tasty and this was such a fun and enjoyable experience. Definitely book it if you get the chance.

In a loft in the northern part of town, you'll be greated by a very knowledgeable chocolate hostess. Melting, tempering and pouring delicious chocolate into forms and being creative with the two different kinds of treats. In a golden box you'll leave with your chocolates and knowledge of different chocolate types and how you make them at home. I highly recommend t this course in Brugge for couples and families.

A great afternoon spent making Belgian chocolate. Rose was exceptional and takes the time with each person ensuring everything is taken care of. You get to take home a lot of chocolate and is great value for money.

Teacher is enthusiast, friendly, relaxt and a little
fast sometimes in explaining certain elements.

Chocolate is very good. We’d have loved to see
some more variation in fillings to be able to even
more use some creativity.

This workshop is a lot of fun for a first time!
We definitely recommend it when you visit Brugge
and have never made bonbons yourself.

I’m so glad we took this workshop on our weekend in Bruges, lovely host and great fun. Only downside was the amount of people to stations was too high and therefore some couples had to be split up and although we weren’t it would of ruined the workshop had we not of been able to work together.

Other than that, brilliant workshop and plenty of chocolate to take home.
