    Bruges and Ghent
Great tour. Juliana was our guide, she was really helpful throughout the trip and gave some great insights in Ghent and Bruges and also everywhere in between whilst on the bus en route. Bruges was packed, which is unavoidable, but we still got about 90 minutes of free time to explore and eat. In Ghent we had a similar amount of time. Juliana showed us all the key places on both cities, answering any questions and giving recommendations. Would recommend this tour, although you might want more time in both cities it's still great for a first visit.

Great experience to become familiar with Brudges and Ghent quickly
The logistics aspects are very well managed. Our guide Irene had a lot of humor sense and was very knowledgeable about the two cities. She provided a lot of data trivia and fun facts. The bus very comforatble and relatively new. Very effcieint use of time. We walked close to 13 km but no regrets

    Beer and Chocolate
We had a fun walking tour in Bruges and Ghent. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate jacket for windy conditions. Total minimum walking distance was 5 miles over 5 hours; therefore, that translates into 1 mile per hour. Most people walk 3 miles per hour to put in perspective so it's literally a walk in the park. It was a long day from 830 am departure to 630 pm return but I highly recommend if you have an extra day. The guides were friendly and helpful. The bus was air conditioned and very nice. Bruges is where authentic Belgian chocolate is made, not Brussels, and Bruges is a UNESCO world heritage site. Ghent is the foundation of Belgian beer. Cheers!

Helmut showed us around Bruges and he had some very interesting facts and stories and tips about Bruges. We also had the boat cruise and beer tasting option which you can do at your own leisure during the rest of the day

Maria our walking tour guide was amazing. She gave us history, funny stories, great places for chocolate and was an excellent guide. The boat portion was very disappointing but overall Maria and the walking portion were brilliant

Beautiful tour of Brugge and Ghent - worth the visit!
We had a great tour in Brugge and Ghent. Absolutely worth the visit! Such great places to see with incredible history. Our tour guide, Bruno, was excellent. He had an incredible grasp of the history, with a wealth of knowledge. He led us through these incredible cities, explaining various sites and historic facts. He is a great narrator, and very knowledgeable. We travelled on a clean, comfortable coach, and our driver, Olivier, was an excellent driver. This is a long tour with a lot of walking, so just a word of caution. However, there is lots of personal time built in that you can visit and enjoy at your leisure.

Was the perfect combo of a tour and free time!
Was the perfect combo of a tour and free time! Thank you for waiting for me when my Uber was late. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even the bus was awesome though be warned...no bathroom on board and most public WCs cost one Euro.

    Lovely day trip
The tour guides are easy to find at the meeting location as they hold identifying flags. The coach was a nice journey, the guides encourage you to have a nap. There was an English and Spanish group and the respective tour guides took their turn speaking to the group. The tour itself was very fun, Sabrina was lovely :) there is a walking tour ending with optional chocolate tasting. You then have until 4:20 to explore Bruges independently and make your own way back to the meeting point. It was my first time doing a proper tourist tour and would recommend :) The tour guides also recommend places to eat and visit, and when we visited them they were so good!

Pieter was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He was also helpful to those needing umbrellas. It was nice to learn the background history of Bruges, instead of all the commercial hype of chocolate & souvenir stores. Might mention only ATM for a tip is located at train station, find that out too late. Thank you

Worst experience. I don’t recommend this city tour. The tour guide, Mrs. Svitlana, was not aware of the group needs on our way to explore this beautiful city. What was intended to be very nice it turned to a nightmare visit.

Wonderful explanations. Little gems pointed out. Compact area but so much detail. Useful too for centering oneself. Humorous guide.

We found the tour very boring - too much of information said in an uninteresting way, we weren’t taken to the chocolate shop and a few other photo spots as mentioned in the itinerary.
