    Dark humor tour
Very nice tour give by Patrick. It was very well prepared, with complementary material and he knew all about the history of the city. The guide was very helpful and above all had a great sense of humor.

Great way to see Bruges in one day.
We love taking a walking tour on the first day in a new city. Our tour guide knew so much about the city’s history and was very pleasant. The day was rainy and the tour allowed us to switch to a different time in the same day. We really appreciated this flexibility.

    Awesome experience, Great local guide!
Awesome experience, great local guide. Perfect for those who just don't wanna keep walking around or getting lost, or even draining your mobile battery with Google maps. The guide Patrick made it even more special giving us his particular impressions as a local. Definetly recommend staying more than 1 day so you have time to get to know better and from inside the places you will see at the tour.

    Fun walk with Brecht…unforgettable!
We are glad to have signed up with Legends and been assigned to guide Brecht. He is very knowledgeable in the history of Brugges as well as other relevant European histories. A solid 2 hour walk around many different places around Brugge and get to know many little intrinsical details about the city. Got to have some good stamina to keep up with Brecht though.

Brecht was fantastic hosting the legends of Bruges tour. Highly recommend. Very warm and knowledgeable, took us to a variety of places to explore this absolutely underrated magical city and his passion was a beautiful way to be introduced to the city.

    Bruges with beer
Nico was the best tour guide. Lots of great historical and architectural information delivered with humour and wit. It was good to have a beer on the last leg. I would thoroughly recommend a tour with this guide to anyone. 👍

    Brugge evening tour.
History was told in story format, not just spouting facts. Nice and quiet times between stops. The guide was a very amicable, older gentleman.

A great gastro tour in a short time frame.
Isaac subbed for the English speaking tour guide and did great. We tasted 2 kinds each of Flemish fries (not like the 'US' French kind), candies, waffles, chocolates & beer - yum! Nominal booking cost... so tip BIG!

Our guided private walking tour was provided by Martin who was one of the best guides we had during our 3 week European trip. He was very knowledgeable, informative and made the long walk enjoyable. He took great care to be aware of the physical limitations of some of our party and added in numerous rest breaks for rest while he gave us all the history and facts of this new city we visited.

We all had such a new understanding about Bruges and look forward to returning to the city and exploring some more

We had just arrived in Brugge and Nico (our guide) gave us an excellent walking tour and overview of the city and its history. He included churches, houses, breweries and candy stores! History is his forte and he is really knowledgeable on all aspects of the city. We were really pleased with the tour.

Went with my 74 year old mom, husband, and 1 year old. It was pouring rain but Martin made the time fly with his fun jokes and encyclopedic knowledge of Bruges. You can tell he truly loves his work. He even brought my daughter into the convo by sharing photos with her. Highly recommend.

Martin was a delightful tour guide and extremely knowledgeable! He provided the history of Bruges and the development to their current state which was fascinating. We also visited a local artisanal chocolate store, brewery and he pointed out places with food and beer that were favorites of the locals. In addition, he gave advice on the museums and what they showcased so that I could choose which one to explore on my own. It is a beautiful city and I highly recommend this tour.

We did the 2 hour private tour. Louis as our guide and he took us all around his city, a place he clearly loves and is passionate about. And he wants others to feel the same. We got a great overview of the city's history starting with the Vikings all the way to present day.

We enjoyed strolling around and seeing things we might not have if we weren't on the tour.

Highly recommend, especially a private tour. We feel they are worth the cost and we alwys get more out of them.

Amazing tour around Bruges with Martin, our guide. Me and my family loved the tour and all the magic of the city’s history. He showed us various curiosities about every important point in the city and showed us how passionate he is about its history.
A must do!

Our family of 4 - with 2 teenagers - did this tour with Helga on 25th June. Our guide Helga was late but a call to the tour operator quickly resolved the issue and they called me back within minutes to let us know our guide’s scooter had broken down.

Our tour with Helga was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and well spoken and we gained a lot of insight into Brugge and it’s history and importance, particularly in the Middle Ages.

Brugge is a beautiful place and despite having been twice before I learned so much from this tour. The history of Brugge is fascinating. It also provided us with a great overview so we could decide what areas we wanted to revisit in more detail later.

I would recommend this tour as a great introduction to Brugge. There is a lot of historical information so our children found it a little boring but my husband and I loved it.

We took the private tour and it was really a wonderful way to see and experience Brugge. Martin was very knowledgeable and a great storyteller with his background in history. Plus, he was kind enough to take us to places that were local only at our request as we prefer to support the local economy when we visit. It was a delight to meet him and to learn so much about Brugge’s background.

We highly recommend Martin and the private tour.

Patrick was excellent. He is knowledgeable, easy to listen to. He gave info that you just cannot read in books, and most important, he did not try to sell us a restaurant or chocolate shop, or souvenir shop. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you

Our family had an outstanding private historical walking tour of Bruges with Erik. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave just the right amount of information and covered a lot of areas of the city. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for our visit. Starting our visit off with Erik was the perfect way to orient ourselves to the city of Bruges and helped us decide what to revisit and spend more time on for the remainder of our time there. I highly recommend taking a private walking tour with Erik.
