While the hotel staff was friendly, the property is in need of a significant renovation. The rooms, especially, could use a fresh coat of paint and the bathrooms felt a bit cramped, particularly for larger individuals. The staff may appear less than enthusiastic, but I suspect it's due to the type of clientele. There are plenty of pools, but beach access is limited with most sun loungers already reserved. The entertainment was decent, with Marvin being a standout. Overall, a mixed bag.

a strange experience. Had not much to do with Leuven. Did not work first on my phone. Cost a fortune. It shows the cite well though no information about the sites and sights. Guess it is better for kids.... Pricing far too high appx 20 euro pp.

The housekeeping dept did an excellent job. Mr Susanta and Mr Subrat P were very helpful and efficient. The room stood out daily for its cleanliness .

Totally unclear how to start. You get mail, sms, there is an app, websites. It is already a puzzle to get started. The app sucks on iphone as you can not see the map as it is overwritten by the text. Unusable.

Great way to explore the city! The story takes you on a tour around the city, with interactive puzzles you unlock the history of the buildings you're at.

An amazing experience we will remember for a long time. What a wonderful way to get to know a new city. Better than any tour guide we could find. We had lots of fun and will do many. More Coddy adventures in the future.

I did the Utrecht Walter Case game and it was very nice! The plot was interesting, not too long and the app is nicely designed. For being a young business I think they are doing a great job and I am sure in the future they will become even better. Looking forward to do the Madrid adventure!

We played the Alchemist in Rome, and it was awesome. We had done other cities before, and it's always a pleasant surprise to play with Coddy. We highly recommend it, great to play with our teenagers! 🤩

A great way to explore the city! We really discovered some hidden gems and the riddles were challenging but doable! Highly recommended!

This game was HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE ! 1- We didn’t understand how to start 2- It was raining (I know it’s not your fault but still not enjoyable) 3- Very complicated and not educational 4- Did I say it was raining ? 5- We had to walk a lot and I am a disabled person not handicapped friendly !!! I am very disappointed. 6- First game was in Latin not everyone can go to school and learn Latin. 7- It was very expensive I want my money back. 8- It is not an escape game but a treasure hunt we were misinformed ! Tips to improve: 1- music or a more interactive platform 2- reduce the price 3- make it more simple I think you will do well if you revise the game a little bit.

A great and fun way to discover the city with a scenario and without being bored by a guided tour or a map :)
