I have been two times - the first with a group of friends and the second with my office colleagues for a 'teambuilding' activity. I had a lot of fun on both occasions and found that the time flew by. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home right away.

This has been the most impressive VR experience I've ever had! I've gone multiple times with my friends, my co-workers and my wife and had a great time each and every time. The staff there are professional, kind and patient in explaining how the VR technology works and ensuring that everyone has a great time. I strongly recommend VirtualRoom to anyone who enjoys escape rooms and fun!

A very cool alternative experience to do as friends, with family or for a team building. The game is fun, the graphics are pretty advanced, it is worth the money. If you are experiences gamers, I would recommend to skip the first level because it is quite easy but still very fun. It is very customer friendly, the employees are very nice, they really accompany you during the whole experience and you get a little drink after the game. I will be back !

Amazining experience! A must do if u are in brussels. We had never done an escape room so the virtual reality version was an excellent option

My first real VR experience. The games are awesome and you can also play with your friends. I highly recommend the "horror" games in the basement.

Very friendly staff and clear explanation. Already had experience with VR where the players have much more mobility which in this game is restricted. Nonetheless the game is pretty fun due to interaction which is needed between the players to solve the puzzles. A bit short maybe, we finished in 30 min but still had an good time! Most likely will visit again soon to play the second game!

This was my second time that I went to Virtual Room in Brussels, mainly to show some friends who never experienced it, how much fun it is. Though the first time (more than one year ago) was fun, this time was a lot less. 1) We were there 5 minutes before the session, had to ring 3 times, and then were opened the door by other clients.. There was a whole group of people standing there and talking and was quite a chaos before we were told what to do: It seemed that the employees there were amateurs and had no idea how to run a business like that 2) Technically they had to restart the system about 3 times before we were in the "system".. Once started the system fell out at least one time with myself and multiple times with one of my friends.. this was not fun at all.. My friends were still quite enthusiastic but only because VR was new to them.. 3) Usually you are followed by someone during the game when you are stuck somewhere, we had exactly one intervention during the game.. apparently they were not enough employees..

What a fun experience! We had 3 generations playing, laughing and virtually interacting. Would go again - even to play the same games (4 “rooms” to experience) once more, although there is a harder level available too. Brilliant. Well worth the €30pp.

So much fun. There are different levels of difficulty and if you've been to escape rooms or used VR before then definitely go for the second level. Would definitely recommend and hope to go again and try new levels!

We were looking to kill some time on our last day of our business trip and this was the perfect way to do so. Super fun and interesting and an experience to remember. Very professional staff.

We had a nice experience, but it felt a bit rushed by our «host» which didn’t give us time to figure things out. Maybe a guiding system in the game could be implement? We did though just level 1.

A Rainy day in Brussel so we booked time at Virtual Room, and we don't regret it! We where 3 in our group (included a 14 year old girl), and we had so much fun! It took a while at first before we got the consept and get started, but when we was in it we loved it! Will highly recommend this to everyone, espesially to young people and everyone who like games. This was a brand new experience!
