    Brussels bike tour
We loved this bike tour of Brussels. Two adults, 16yo, and 13yo in our family and were in a group with 3 other adults and the tour guide. The stop for lunch and a beer was a nice break.

    Best tour of Brussels
Zoey was a blast, such a local flare. She loves her city and gave us an intimate experience of the nooks and fun facts about her city. I highly recommend this experience. Our family gave it a 10 out of 10...

A great start to our city break
We would highly recommend this cycle tour of Brussels. We took in so many sights that would not be possible on foot. Boris was an excellent guide and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. We really enjoyed stopping for delicious fries as part of the trip. This cycle tour was an excellent start to our visit to Brussels and made it very easy to make the most of our short stay.

    Don’t book with this company!!!
We booked the tour on 7-Apr 2024 via GetYourGuide. When we arrived at the location mentioned in the app we couldn’t find it. We tried calling the number mentioned multiple times but nobody would respond from the other side. We raised a request for refund and there was no support from the Groovy bikes company. I would recommend to take some other genuine tour operators who are not only interested in taking money from tourists but also ready to provide honest services. I’m attaching screenshot of multiple calls made without response from other side.

Informative, fun, and a great introduction to Brussels
We had a lovely, bubbly guide, and the tour was informative and fun. It was a great introduction to Brussels! Just be aware that you do require some degree of fitness to negotiate the hills in the city.

    Extensive Brussels experience
The leader (nene? Lene?) was so sweet, knowledgeable and funny. We learned so much about Brussels and Belgium, that we never knew before. She would be good PR. We saw more of Brussels than we ever would have on foot. We recommend this tough highly!

Awesome Tour and Guide of Brussels City! My first bike tour
This was my first bike tour and I loved it. You do need a lot of stamina for this tour as it not easy to ride the bike around the city. The tour itself was great, managed to cover lots of main tourist attractions like grand place, manneken pis, parc du cinquantenaira, mont des arts, parc de bruxelles, european parliament and etc. Our guide Nene was amazing, she is so knowledgeable and knows her way around the city. Also recommended an awesome french dinner during our lunch break. It a great way to see the Brussels if you don't like to walk too much. The other good thing is that the tour is only limited to 10 persons, so it like a mini private tour.

Fun, informative and worth the trip - An adequate substitute for a city history lesson. 6/5 Stars.
European city bike tours are a great way to see the city during a short city break. Of all the tours I've been on, this has to be one of the best and most informative tour I've ever been on. Our guide, Nene, was really engaging. The starting location was really easy to find and very central. She gave an informed account of the history of Brussels and Belgium with charm and wittiness. She also didn't shy away from the low points in the country's history. The entire tour really helps you understand how and why the country and city came to be the way it is today. Nene's easy going attitude also helped to break the ice with the other tour participants. This is an experience I would definitely repeat.

    Meet new places via bike
I love getting to know new places on a bike. This was a nice tour and the guide was knowledgeable. We did ride through areas on our way to sights. It would have been nice to know something about the area. The bikes were okay, but rattled and could have used tuneups.

    Bike tour in Brussels
This was such an enjoyable & interesting way to visit Brussels! Our tour guide was very friendly, informative, & interesting, the bikes were in good shape, & we got to see much more of the city than if we’d been walking. My 15–yr old son & I really loved this experience!

Took this 2 hour tour, cost £58 for 2 people. Probably the poorest value on holiday. The guide was pleasant but weak and allowed other members of the party too much time at each shop to buy chocolates. Very little info re chocolate making all it was was a few samples in different shops.
Look for alternative operators.

The Young Guide does not speak loud enough in the Brussels hubbub and only in English.
It does not develop enough the history of chocolate. She takes us to chocolate makers of her acquaintance without really deepening the product , its import, its key figures, unrelated to Brussels museums for example to complete the theme on cocoa on pralines etc... it’s a shame.

We only offer tours in English (clearly stated on the product page before you booked), so we don't understand why you are complaining about this. Our guides do their best to be heard and understood and always ask if they can be heard and understood. Maybe you didn't get this because she said it in English. Anyhow, you could have told the guide right there if she could please raise her voice instead of complaining about it here, once the tour is over. We cannot offer all the information there is about chocolate, but guests are welcome to ask any questions they have to the guide which will do her best to answer.

The tour was a lot of fun, really informative, and the chocolates were great. Our guide Zoe was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the chocolate shops and the histories and I learned a lot from her. As we walked from one shop to the next she also pointed out various landmarks and gave us some background knowledge on them and the history of Brussels, and aside from chocolate she also recommended other restaurants and sites to visit during our time in the city. This tour was a fun way to try both traditional chocolates and some new, unique combinations. A great way to spend the afternoon!

Nina our tour guide was an energetic and enthusiastic guide . She is a local and proud about her city. Her information bytes of growing up in brusels helped personalise the experience. It was a small group of 5 and Nina was attentive to all . Her choice of chocolates for tasting was impeccable and was nice that she kept checking in for feedback

This company cancelled my tour (via email) two hours before the 2:00 tour. It was a terrible weather day and the tour company said that their guide was sick. If you don't have backup guides, then AT LEAST cancel in a timely manner so we can still make the most of our day.

Hello, we're truly sorry about the last minute cancellation. We learnt at 10 am that the guide was very sick and would not be able to work. We tried our best to find a last minute replacement without success. Once we knew that there was no other option than to cancel the tour, we sent you an email telling you so. Unfortunately, that was only about two hours before the start of the tour. Events like this happen very rarely, we're sorry once again about this unfortunate situation.

Iuliia was our guide and she did an excellent job. Our original tour was rescheduled by one day but the company did a good job of notifying us of the change well in advance. The last stop at Atelier in St Catherine neighborhood was a bit far away. In my opinion, the tour would have been just as good if it were a little shorter and excluded this out-of-the-way stop.

Hello Deborah, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Iulia and that you appreciated the extra care provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our side. Our tour showcases five of the best Belgian chocolatiers, each with their unique specialties. Atelier Saint-Catherine, our final stop, is just a seven-minute walk from the previous shop. Blondeel's chocolates are a highlight of our tour, featuring unique "new school" flavors and crafted from bean-to-bar. Your suggestion is valuable to us, and we will certainly consider it in our next staff meeting. Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you had an overall great experience with us. Best regards!

My husband I took a walking chocolate tour with Analise from Groovy Brussels tour company. It was one of the best tours we took during our visit to Brussels. Analise, the tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We visited 5 different chocolate shops and sampled 8 pieces of fine chocolate. Highly recommend this tour! Worth it!

Very informative and interesting tour. Analise is a great guide and really knows her stuff. We had a small group, just 6 of us, so it was quite personal. We tried out some amazing places which were all quite unique and we were told all about their history. I would highly recommend.

Our guide, Zoe, was such a delight! We sampled many different chocolates from different chocolatiers ranging from machine made to hand made-we left learning so much about Belgian chocolate, as well as some Brussels history. The streets of Brussels were very busy with New Year’s Eve visitors, but Zoe was able to communicate clearly/loudly and keep our small group together, even our 16 and 18yo enjoyed the tour-thanks Zoe!

When I was planning my trip to Brussels I wanted to do a different type of tour. As Belgium is known for its chocolate and I love chocolate I thought this was a good tour to try. Meeting point was close to my hotel and easy to find. Our tour guide was warm, friendly, and gave us a great overview of the different chocolate stores we visited as well as some other basic history. I like that there were only 10 people in our group. I was also able to purchase some chocolate to take back to my family and coworkers at one of our stops and received a 10% discount. I would recommend this tour.
