The chauffeurs as well as the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful. High quality service is not a foreign concept for them and they really care about you as a customer. During my stay in Amsterdam I have been using there services and the communication was great. Everytime I needed their service they were ready to provide. The chauffeur even did assist in arranging leisure activities. It was like a complementary service. Keep up the good work, guys!Written March 14, 2020

Most importantly he was honest. I left my phone in the taxi. My husband called it when i realaed and he answered and returned phone to us after his current fair all the back to train station. After looking at reviews for drivers, we hired Rene with Ambassador Services and we definitely made the right choice! Rene was a wonderful tour guide with so much knowledge of history and art.
