It was a fantastic experience in my life, the real beauty of countryside and visit a cheese factory and bought some tasty flavoured cheese, riding in the middle of fields and through an old town, saw many old churches and buildings. It was really a nice experience and must do this again

This was a perfect way to round out my Amsterdam experience! Maria was lovely and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. I learned a lot and have a better understanding of local history and societal challenges. I felt well looked after by Maria and the tour contact, Anastasia. I recommend this tour.

We had a nice walk through Leiden with Julia, who showed us unique spots and told us interesting stories. We did not feel rushed at all and Julia was flexible with the route and places we may want to stop. Julia was a newer guide and there were a couple of questions she could not answer, but overall we enjoyed our time and the tour.

Nice and relaxing tour - we did it as a private option. Maria was flexible and accommodated our request for a meeting spot closer to our hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the area and we learned quite a bit about the Dutch culture in general. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour with Maria if you are in Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful time with Maria! She was a fun and informative guide who took us to all the central spots, but somehow via charming, calm, scenic routes that did not feel very touristy. I wanted to organise a short walking tour around our office as a team activity to break up our offsite workshop. Snurk were incredibly accomodating and able to tailor the tour to meet our needs. Maria our tour guide was also great, giving interesting insights into an area I thought I knew well! She also adapted very well when the heavens opened! Would recommend!

Our private Van Gogh museum guided tour with Hanna was an unforgettable experience. Her passion for Van Gogh’s life and work shone through every moment of the tour. Hanna beautifully quoted Van Gogh throughout, bringing his thoughts and feelings to life in a way that deeply resonated with us. We were so inspired by her insights that we bought a copy of “Life According to Vincent” from the museum gift shop. Highly recommend Hanna for an enriching and inspiring tour!

Maria was our amazing guide, and she explained the history of the metro system and the public's involvement with selecting the art installations. She was knowledgeable, and very patient with us. I would definitely recommend this activity.

Without any hesitation, we recommend taking a guided walking tour around Amsterdam centre with Anna. We considered joining a group tour but decided to do this with just the two of us. Though more expensive, of course, ours was a short visit to the city and doing it this way we felt we’d get much more out of the tour, and so it proved to be. We loved it. Anna’s deep knowledge of Amsterdam’s history was brought alive by a journey through time focussing on key figures who were instrumental in the development of the city, both economically and architecturally. Besides learning so much, we also visited places we were unlikely to find (or even find out about) without her help. Thank you Anna, you were a pleasure to be with!

The food tour was mediocre. The guide talked mostly to one member of our group we didn't have 10 tastings,there were things listed in the description that we didn't do, and one of the places we went was a cheese shop with free samples. So it didn't feel like the customized experience that the everything else was.

We really enjoyed the walking tour of the Jordaan area and learning about its history. I love learning the history of places. Anna was a great guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
