This was hands down the most romantic thing we have ever done in Amsterdam! (Having been in the city about 10 times over the years)! Reinhardt was an amazing guide and provided not only a historical tour of the city but exceptional service. He even dropped us back off at our hotel. I had proposed to my now fiancé on our way to the boat and it ended up being one of the most special nights of our lives. Thank you so much would recommend to anyone!

It is not the first time we enjoy this tour with Vanessa on her wonderful boat 'Delphine'. She is so welcoming with a lot of attention to details and making sure we have the perfect experience on the Amsterdam canals. Thanks to her, we discovered several nice spots and decided we would now invite all our friends visiting us in Amsterdam for this memorable experience !

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Amsterdam. I took my wife and two sons for a delightful dinner cruise but this could be as romantic as you’d like as well. We made our way through the inner canal with Frederic at the helm. We would stop periodically and a new course of our meal would appear or he would bring more drinks. To top off this tour, instead of dropping us off at the starting point, Frederic found our hotel through the maze of tunnels and dropped us home. It added an adventurous aspect to the tour. Thanks to the Delphine for creating an experience my family will never forget.

Intimate private boat with a friendly captain - these are the positives. I went with this company after reading many glowing reviews and checking the comparative pros/cons of other company offerings. What I paid for with all the trimmings was private 2 hour lunch tour for for 5 adults (yes, though it was snug); with a toilet (no.. had to hop off for that); a "gourmet 3 course lunch" (there were 3 courses however after we ordered the captain admitted she had the wrong menu...ok, we ordered a new...to be honest, food was quite average); i paid an additional 20 euro pp for "unlimited drinks" which suggests full bar but in fact only meant beer and wine. Poor disclosures on the booking site, because had I known that I would have saved quite a lot just ordering one bottle of wine. The afternoon sail began on the Amstel with a lot of boat traffic. The captain arrived a few minutes late and though friendly, she took a predictable route and did not really improvise. Bottom line: tell me, would you pay nearly 800 Euro for 2 hours given what I've described? Perhaps the disappointment is because I really wanted this to be special, and I explained when booking that this was for my 60th birthday with family visiting the city for the first time. RockthatBoat hardly rocked my world, sorry.

Edward our boat captain went above and beyond the call of duty for our group of four. He was knowledgeable, incredibly kind and helpful. The sights are amazing and you cannot beat the service on this private boat.

What a wonderful experience sailing on the canals of Amsterdam with such a great guide as Vanessa ! The boat is comfortable, the host is so welcoming and the visit is guided by a true Amsterdamer knowing / showing all nice locations / bridges / hidden places ! We had already enjoyed the Amsterdam Light Festival with Vanessa and she is now our preferred option for a fantastic experience with friends / family visiting us in Amsterdam !

We had a fantastic 2 hour experience exploring the center of Amsterdam from the water. The boat Delphine is very charming and it has a roof that can partly be openend which is very convenient with nice weather. It has an electrical motor so very quiet and peaceful. Skipper Vanessa is very relaxed and flexible and the communication before was very adequate and helpful. A perfect experience!

A beautiful boat, great narration and slipped through lots of small canals bigger boats can’t fit into. A very enjoyable 90 minutes and I’d thoroughly recommend this tour to see Amsterdam from the water.

Absolutely brilliant! Such a nice knowledgeable host on our boat! - boat decked out with lights, nibbles, plenty of drink & warm Blankets. Also when we had our flight delayed, they moved our trip to another day so we didn’t lose out - something they didn’t have to do. They even took the trouble to phone me in the Uk - so impressed & would highly recommend!
