Like many other reviewers…we arrived at the meeting place, only to wait 30+ minutes before we decided to leave without ever taking the tour. We called, we texted, and never received a response back. Very disappointing.

This is a scam meeting place is a bike shop owner hasn’t seen “just shoot me photography “ in 4 years I was really looking forward to this waiting on full refund

I had a difficult time looking for the meeting place so I missed the tour. Plus I never received an email about the tickets or giving me some further instructions on the meeting place. I had to pull the ticket from the TripAdvisor website. I was really looking forward to it. I’m asking for a partial or full refund from TripAdvisor. Hopefully TripAdvisor will grant it. I have never missed any of my other tours.

Afrer readining the previous reviews I thought that they would have corrected the departure location problem. I spent 45 minutes running back and forth from the front to the back af the train station and I too missed the tour and never found the meeting place. I am having difficulty getting my money refunded . Please do not book this tour until you are sure that they have corrected the problem because the meeting address that you receive after booking is definitely not correct and there is no contact number to reach them !!!! Tripadvisor please investigate this company and do not allow any more people to experience the frustration that I and others have experienced.

Lorena Reguera was very informative. We learned a lot. In addition to the walking tour, we toured the Van Loon Mansion, and a market, and had tasty treats. Thank you Lorena!

We missed the tour. We were inside Central Station waiting until I figured out that although we had checked with a tour guide we were NOT in the correct place. I googled it but we had to walk several minutes to get to the correct meeting place and arrived at 10:17.. Gone. I texted the leader. I called the leader. No response. I followed the tour they were taking using Google maps and the sites they planned to take us to. Could never catch up and never heard back from the leader. I feel like I had the contact information for a reason but leader did not respond. The leader could also have emailed me using my info. Very disappointed in Shoot Me! Photography I feel they owe me at least half of what we paid. USD $81.26 since they weren't willing to look for us even though we had already paid.

My sister-in-law and I were really looking forward to this tour, and having pictures taken along the way was just an added bonus. We arrived at what we thought was the meeting point half an hour early, only to be redirected to another place inside the train terminal. Once we got to that location, we were told that was still not the correct spot, and proceeded to go to two other suggested locations. We never did find the meeting point, and ended up missing the tour. Very frustrating, not to mention the fact, paying for a tour and losing that money. There was a lot of construction going on around the area as well, making getting back-and-forth in a timely manner very difficult. But suggest possibly changing the meeting location to someplace a little more identifiable and easier to recognize.

We are very happy with our photos. Nice Girl who leaded the tour and good eye for our Amsterdam holiday familyphotos.

Truly amazZing ❤️❤️❤️ .... perfeCt photography Asha for perfect tour . She was great , fun and had a great idea about all good places in amsterdam , Great experience. She has a nice route for gorgeous photos to capture the true essence of Amsterdam. She was easy to work with and was open to trying different photo poses that we wanted to do. She has a really good eye. SHe was very timely in getting the photos back to us and gave us over 80 raw photos.

We had a great time, saw the best parts of amsterdam and they gave us goodddd pictures! :) Thank you guys Ps good bike too
