Great cruise tour guide Onno was very informative and entertaining. Good choice of food and drinks, well worth the money, would highly recommend.

It was an amazing tour and I really enjoyed it! The time has passed so quickly as I was so happy with the tour. The captain (Ono) was amazing and funny. Drinks and snacks were great and available to be used as much as we want. Thank you so much, Ono!

We had a great time learning about the rich history of Amsterdam and all the great things it has to offer. Snacks were good. Adrian was a great guide.

The Amsterdam Light Festival boat tour was nice despite the delay and miscommunication by Captain Jacks. I would have given it a 5 rating, however, Captain Jacks never showed up at the assigned pick up location given in the reservation or the reminder reservation confirmation the day before. There were 4 in our party and 8 (or more) other guests waiting in the cold rain for the boat that never arrived. After multiple calls and one hour later, we had to walk a half mile in the rain and cold weather to another location to get the boat ride. Very poor customer service.

Kat was a great captain - very knowledgeable and fun. Boat was super cute and cozy, snacks and drinks were much appreciated. Views were great.

Really great cruise! So fun to sit close to all kinds of strangers and by end of cruise you're all laughing with help of drinks and wine! Lights and architecture is the best! Roland our operator was super nice and full of information. I would love the operator to have a mic or at least a headset so we could hear him. We were at the stern and could barely hear. Super fun and so worth it!

We booked the Festival of Lights tour on a saloon boat with Captain/Skipper Jack Amsterdam. At the dock we were placed on a Flagship tour boat as apparently they are partnered up. Ended up on a large boat with the front half having plastic windows that were completely steamed up, saw just a blur of lights. Weather was cold so I can understand that this happened, but they should not have loaded up a boat where half of the people could not see. They knew this before we even left the dock. Complete waste of time and money. At the end of the cruise I spoke to a manager on the dock and was offered a refund which has not occurred. They have not been contact since, nor do they answer phone or WhatsApp messages. “Captain Jack” who I actually booked through is also not taking responsibility, actually blamed me for booking through an incorrect link (not at all true-my receipt is clearly from him) - very unprofessional to try to blame the customer!!! I am sure there are more reputable tour operators in Amsterdam - highly recommend avoiding this shady set-up.

The night was cool and rainy but we were warm and toasty inside the boat. Onno was a charming and informative captain. The light festival was going on and Onno pointed out all we should see. There were plenty of snacks and beverages. Even if you a daytime tour, you should also do a nighttime tour. You see different things. And we made new friends too. Highly recommend this tour.

The boat was very comfortable, heated as promised The guide was a bit inexperienced, didn't always talk about the light installation we were right next to However, I was unaware when booking that captain jacks has been taken over by the Flagship company, which we heard is trying to create a monopoly and push out the smaller operators.

The canal cruise was really nice, beautiful in the evening. The boat operator gave a nice narrative. Refreshments were very limited and not as advertised, therefore the average rating. We had Heineken beer, limited wine selection, Swiss cheese and club crackers. I think there were some packaged cookies.

Wonderful experience. Good company, wine, snd cheese. Informative information on Amsterdam history. Would highly recommend.

We had a great and knowlegable guide - Roland. We went on cruise later in the evening when you can see city lights. The boat had a roof and most part of the boat was enclosed with plastic windows so it was not cold but you can't see clear through the plastic, that was the only downside of the cruise.

On the day of our tour we got a skipper her earned his strips! He did a great job. Very knowledgeable and confident & funny! The whole boat was decorated to have the cozy Christmas feel. They provided us with some great small bites and a variety of wines and beers and soft drinks. Truly a great experience. I also left my sunglasses on the boat and they were quick to respond and help me get my sunglasses back. We coordinated a time to meet again at the docks and they were still friendly and helpful returning me my sunglasses. Definitely recommend.

Was a great trip at night. Learned lots about Amsterdam and the guide was great knowledgeable and funny. Doing it at night we could see inside some of the buildings which were beautiful
