      Not worth the price
I feel so bad for writing a bad review, but unless you have no idea what the red light district is, then this tour will be for you. I had already walked around the red light district a day before this tour, so I felt like we basically just walked around the same parts again, which you can do for free on your own. I do appreciate the history behind it, but again, something you can look up online. The tour guide was nice, but we had to stop every single time someone asked a question and then she looked mad/annoyed every time we asked questions because she kept on repeating that we were already running behind and that the tour would end later than it should. She even asked to keep going and not ask questions, in a nicer way, but I feel like that’s what the tour is about and you can just talk and walk, since we were not near the windows at that time.

      Exciting and interesting
I am curious about the Red Light district in Amsterdam so I went for a tour with a group. Our tour guide, Adam, was knowledgeable about the history of the area. Keeps us right on what and what not to do. He was a fun guy. Good to do if you are going solo. Give this a go.

      Awesome
Adam had so much knowledge about the red light district. It’s history, why the buildings are built the way they are, the people, the government & prostitution. He made everything very interesting and had a lot of great jokes.

      Very Informative
Our tour with Pillar was a lot of fun and very informative. Definitely left the tour feeling I knew my way around the area more and had more direction as to where I wanted to revisit later in my stay in the city. Highly recommend!

      Great!
Great tour with Kevin, who provided helpful and entertaining commentary. We went mid-afternoon, so the Red Light District wasn’t yet in full swing and we loved every minute. Thanks.

      A unique and interesting tour
A fascinating insight into a world rarely seen by the average UK person. Our tour guide, Andrea, was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a good understanding of how Amsterdam came to have a red light district and a lot of other interesting historical facts about the area. As the night went on, she explained a lot about the current situation, how the size of the area has reduced and how the local Mayor is keen to move the area away from the inner city. It's not clear what the future holds for this area so catch it while you can. It's definitely a sight to behold and I recommend catching the tour at night time. Make sure you pencil in a return during the day, as the vibe is quite different. Definitely a unique tour to take 10/10 would recommend.

Adam knows the district inside & out!
Adam, our tour guide, was great. He gave us an offbeat perspective to the colorful history of the area. His edgy humor was the perfect fit for this kind of tour. We did the 6PM tour, which put us in the heart of the red light district during shift change. I’d recommend an earlier or later tour.

      Red Light District/Chinatown/Coffeeshop Tour
We signed up for this as a fun way to see some different areas of the city and to learn the history of the Red Light District, coffee-shops and about some of the liberal laws and views that play a big part in the culture of Amsterdam. Trigger Tours Red Light District Walking Tour did not disappoint. Adam was our tour guide and he was FANTASTIC! He was funny, likeable and very informative. We really enjoyed the tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. It was about 90 minutes and took us through the Red Light District and Chinatown. We saw the oldest church in the city and got a great history lesson!

      Not to be Missed!
We were two couples with an excellent tour guide--Arree. He provided a lot of history and shared personal stories/insight from having grown up in Amsterdam. His tour was one of our favorite parts of our trip. He was funny, informative, respectful, and flexible. Book this tour with confidence.

Il pleut, Blue Amsterdam red light District sighted
Sander was professional and informative. The tour was not lewd, but historic, putting the place and its origins in context. I found my way about Dam later on having oriented around the spots we visited. The tour was sensitive to the inhabitants of the district, we even visited a temple.

Good guide but skip the sex museum
The guide was good, he shared a lot of historical background about the development of the red light district. He helped us understand how the solicitation process works. But the sex museum was not worth being part of the tour and if you want to see it you can walk in on your own.

Turned out ok,unfortunentlyit was raining a lot. We attempted numerous times prior to cancel but no response.
The guide was unorganized at the start. She was informative and did find us a place out of the rain. She was kind. Would have liked a live show
