Great canal cruise with a lovely tour guide whom kept things light hearted and entertaining. Very informative. Blankets provided and good cheese and wine. A lovely way to spend an hour on a Saturday morning.

Completely frozen and disappointed. This was our second time doing an Amsterdam cruise and this time was miserable. This time we were taking our kids and we were excited to show the kids the canal lights and history of Amsterdam. Our tour boat was the complete opposite of the picture in the listing. The listing picture had a quaint white covered boat with glass windows. The boat had no glass windows and just some rolled up plastic flaps. The boat flap windows had to remain rolled up because of visibility concerns. Both our group and many others were convinced it was not the correct boat and called the office. They assured us we were on the right boat. The listing also said they had blankets; they only had three and were gone by the time we got on board. Three blankets at night in January is completely unacceptable. The guides mostly remained quiet and told us little about the history of the city. Our previous tour provided constant conversation, history, and humor. Last, a drink was included in the price, but non alcoholic drinks were extra. So our kids didn’t get a drink. This was a total bust and we will never do another tour from Flagship.

My friend got proposed to during the boat tour we went on, the staff did not know this was going to happen and were very accommodating and celebratory, they gave us free drinks and shots which was very kind! The boat tour itself was very interesting, informative, and the tour guides kept it fun. The drinks were all served promptly and were good quality. I would recommend this boat tour and would do it again if I went back to Amsterdam, you see some lovely scenery and find out about its history.

The tour lady was very bubbly and kept the drinks flowing. It was my son’s 18th birthday and she made him feel really special. We were unfortunate with the weather and it poured it down, so it was nice to see the city from a dry boat.

5 out of 5 wine was flowing cheese was consumed history was learned. Staff was very friendly and active to take care of your needs

The boat trip was very enlightening. The hostess was a little abrupt, more like a professor at uni however was very informative.

December trip canceled and I had to involve the firm BROKERSCAN NET, On my behalf they used their might to get not only my funds back but that of my family.

Absolutely beautiful from start to finish the staff were amazing friendly and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our experience and the wine and cheese were delicious. Highly recommend to all. Make sure you have a kiss under the kissing bridge.

We visited Memories Caribe from December 17th to 24th for the 15th time. Like great wine, this resort gets better every time we visit. Food and Beverages Cuba has lots of shortages according to social media but we didn't experience any this time, in fact the selection of booze and food was the best we have ever experienced during our numerous trips to Cuba. Aside from the usual liquor, they has smoky aged rum and Chocolate tequila. The Diamond Club sit down breakfast offered fresh eggs, a variety of dishes and morning champage with orange juice. Everywhere we ate was excellent including 2x we had lobster , at the Ambassador Dinner and Return Visitors. As a fussy wine drinker, the white wine from Spain satisfied my palette. Facilities The lobby and main pool were recently renovated and look better than ever. The beach is the best I have been on, it gives Playa Pilar a run for its' money. We were is an Al Fresco which was squeaky clean with scalding hot water in both the indoor and outdoor showers. Staff They are the reason so many of us come back to this resort. Alex and his team on the front desk saw to our every need. Tita, Lesly and the other PR people are second to none when it comes to dealing with special requests. The other Shining Stars are, Yasher and his team in the daytime at the Lobby Bar, the night time Lobby Bar staff, Fidel with the photographic memory at the Diamond Beach, he can memorize 20 or more different requests and serve them all with a smile. Eduaardo in Route 66 is a master bartender, his creativity and personality provide one with a wonderful experience. We are already planning our next trip to Caribe. Thanks to all the staff and management for another great vacation.

Great canal boot trip. Very informative. We did the walking tour the day before so it was good to see the architecture and landmarks from a different perspective. The guide and commentary was excellent. We didn’t have the cheese and wine but it looked good. 1 hour is the perfect amount of time for the canal cruise.

Really knowledgeable guide and skipper made this trip. On a torrential weather day it was the perfect activity . Shame I tripped when getting off the boat and head-butted a park car bug made for memorable day

I wouldn’t go with this company even if it were given to me for free. We booked the 9:30 Canal Amsterdam Lights Festival tour. The queues were chaos and they didnt take anyone on their actual time due to “technical delays” No apologies, no offers to refund, we didnt board until 10:50 when the lights switch off at 11. So we didnt see anything. Save your money and book with a more competent operator.
