Interesting enough if you like football however museum itself isn’t that special. Interactive activities are pretty limited. Overall, a decent enough way to spend an hour but not memorable in any way.

    Enjoyable historic and interactive museum
Enjoyable time with lots of interesting and interacting parts to the museum. A great combination of history and interative football and gaming. A little too expensive for what you get, much like football itself. Anyone interested in history of football worth a visit and the interactive elements great for young at heart.

Great exhibition, only disappointment was the shop which sold a lot of over priced crap.
As a football fan, this was a must see when in Zurich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exhibits were really good, I especially liked the small cinema with 2 short world cup films. The only let down for me was the shop. I kind of had it in my head to pic up a small replica world cup before going but the size I had in mind was 69 francs and the demonstration model on show had its gold paint worn off which didn't fill me with confidence for that price. I really recommend a visit to the museum, the shop just felt like a bit cheap even though everything was expensive.

    Fantastic experience
As a football fan I was both excited and nervous for this, I was worried it wouldn’t be anything special however I was pleasantly surprised, very interesting pieces for a football fan and there is even an interactive game at the end of the museum. Very good experience

    Interactive and modern museum
The FIFA museum is such a cool and modern museum with activities for both kids, teenagers and adults. I would definitely recommend visiting this museum if you are interested in soccer.

Go to see the actual world cup trophy!
*Free access included in Swiss Travel Pass* Great place for a football fan. Being a Messi fan, I was very happy that I got to see the actual world cup trophy which was held by the Argentina’s national team in Dec 2022. Also lots of jerseys/ shoes/ other items worn by legendary players and past WC winners. Don’t miss out the football games (e.g. shooting, free kicks etc.) on the 2/F and the super cool transparent lift there! Location wise it’s great too. Easy to go to by the tram.

    A must for football fans
If you like football you have to visit this museum. The exhibit is amazing, tons of memorabilia and important objects through history. And it has a lot interactive features you will enjoy.

Worth a visit if you have a travel pass or are a big football fan
Not a football fan but the tickets were free with the travel passes so went for a look as my husband's a football fan. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the experience. I wouldn't pay full ticket price for it but if you have a travel pass and time to pop in I'd definitely recommend. We were there for about an hour and a half altogether

    Not worth it, overpriced
Not worth the price, they should reduce the entrance fee, definitely the worst and most overrated museum of our 10 day trip. It has "Wikipedia" information for Fifa and countries, with photos and also some jerseys. The most disappointing part is the gaming section. My kid was waiting for it with such an excitement but there were 10-15 people queue for each game because everything breaks and needs to be repaired. When we went to play just one that didnt have queue, an employee was extremely rude and with no manners told us that we should read the rules and start from number 1. The disappointment was more than the excitement. Also the world cup trophy was missing.

    FIFA museum: mixed feeling
I'm very interested in football/soccer. Therefore, and prior to my trip to Zurich, I went online and purchased FIFA museum ticket. After I arrived, I was asked to show what is in my bag and was told that I can't take my bottle of water with me. I was given a coin to deposit my bag into the locker. Lockers are named after famous players so it took me a while to decide which one I want ;) Museum itself is not bad, but not that exciting either. I was really happy to see(and take pictures of and-kind of- with) man and woman World Cup trophies(as well as U20, etc trophies) and there were some great video presentations. Besides that, anything else was average. There is a game room, but I didn't played. Although, for about 5 minutes, I was observing how other people tried to kick the ball. I spent there 1 hour 15 minutes total. After I walk out- for whatever reason and at the same time- I felt happy that I visited this museum, but I also was a bit disappointed with it.

Pricey, 24 CHF for an adult, but worth it if you are interested in football.
I thought I would give this museum a go as I'm interested in football and I was given a personal recommendation to visit. It was more expensive than I'd usually pay for a museum but in part that's Switzerland for you. It goes through the history of football from the early days to the inception of the World Cup. There are plenty of interactive things to do, so any child or adult who plays or is interested in football will be well catered for. There's a games area upstairs where you can try kicking a few balls at various targets, bit like a big kids fairground. Plus some games consoles through the ages. It is a good couple of hours if you are so minded, and there's a bar restaurant attached. Pleasantly surprised how good it was. Be warned though... some of the prices in the shop are eye watering!

    Boring- Boring-Stunningly Boring
Possibly the worst museum we have ever visited. You would think there would be some mention or even a hint of mention of some of the issues that have existed within FIFA and or soccer. Even putting aside the lack of self reflection, the exhibits are badly explained and boring. The posters are the one redeeming factor. And beware- the odds are high that you will run into a mirror or fall down the steps. Thus, make sure you have medivac insurance.

Charged me even I got the Swiss Travel Pass
I got the Swiss Travel Pass and I showed to the counter. The staff at the counter told me that the credit card will be used for record only, no cost will be charged. However, it charged me CHF 44 dollars after I get back to HK! Totally think that I was being lied and the staff, the museum could not be trusted anymore. I sent an email to info@fifamuseum.com and no one replied me as well!

Visit if you are a football fan...
If you are a football and fascinated with world football (not just clubs), this could be a good place to visit. It is a bit costly but it was covered in Swiss Travel Pass for us. Overall a good place to have nostalgia kick in about great tournaments, players, their memorabilia and a lot of games to play.

as a die-hard football fan, my visit to Zurich could not be done without a visit to the FIFA museum. Certainly, the international organization is not the most honest, but at least it offers fans the opportunity to rediscover their stories on 3 floors.
First of all, you should know that everything is done so that you are not overloaded, backpacks and coats must be stored in the lockers, so allow 1€ / 1CHF.
But also, plan your arrival time, the morning in the middle of the school holidays was full of families. Because for once, despite its price -26€, the Fifa Museum is generous in terms of activities - we see on the ground floor the jerseys of the different teams registered with Fifa, we find the history of the World Cups - men's and women's, we can see the two trophies which look really good. Each World Cup is summarized by objects and text. I liked the interactivity – including “becoming the commentator” or becoming the referee.
We can count on the 8-minute film concerning the key moments of the World Cups in their 180• projection room.
The floor above talks more about The Best trophy and Fifa and e-sport. There is an arcade room for children, I believe not included in the price of the classic ticket.
The store is moderately worth it because it lacks arborable exclusivity

The museum is very interesting, with a very extensive collection of international selections and a beautiful exhibition about the men's and women's World Cups. The interactive gaming industry is very cool, but it can have time-consuming queues, especially because there are usually a lot of kids. There could be a part dedicated to clubs, but I understand the focus on the teams. The souvenir shop is very expensive, with all the prices in Swiss francs. It is a cool tour to do if you like football and have a time to spend in Zurich.

The museum offers so much, and not only for absolute football lovers. Of course, you can learn a lot about the history of football, and look at some really cool objects - such as the one and only original World Cup trophy - but the museum itself is really interactive, engaging and a lot of fun, even for young kids. On the upper floor you can try out some of your football skills together with your friends and family. Really cool experience, absolutely recommended!

The museum itself is amazing and it doesn’t look like much expense has been spared - however as much as €25 tickets is acceptable - charging €199 for 15cm miniature replicas of the World Cup is wrong - absolutely everything in the store is massively overpriced -

FIFA just did it again… footballs not for everyone….

The walk around was good - the interactive games were good - but being in the store at the end before the exit has a lasting impression -

We visited the FIFA Museum with the whole family, and it was such a great experience! Even though not everyone is interested in football in the family, there are a lot of exciting facts and interactive exhibitions that fits everyones needs. It is not just about football, it was about hostory as well. Obviously as a football fan it is a must to go, it is just amazing to find out almost everything that can be shown about footballs history and impact in the world.
If you are in Zurich, stop by, and give it some hours, time flies in the Museum.

Beautiful museum, especially for football-loving children. There is a lot of interesting information about FIFA history and countless original paraphernalia from the origins of football to the present day to admire. The only annoying thing was that the actually very modern elevator on the ground floor doesn't stop, so the museum becomes a labyrinth to navigate between the floors. But this is just a small detail. Conclusion, also considering the reasonable entrance fee (-20% with the Coop Family Card): Recommended!

It was full of memorabilia and had interesting sections discussion all types of football. I can understand the disappointment from other people here as it really takes someone who is dedicated to football to enjoy all of it. Some sections were run awfully such as the game portion. I waited far too long to play the first level only to have the machine break and I ended up giving up after that. I wish there had been more dedicated to more than just the world cups and the big names. More highlights on the smaller tournaments, competitions and teams would have been nice. Overall it was very enjoyable and had some incredible hands on sections.

I would recommend this for any football fan or sports fan as they could spend 2-3 hours here but everyone else probably more on the 1-2 hour side.

If you go to Zurich you do not have to leave without visiting this museum, especially for me and my children to see the world cup that Spain got in 2010 was the illusion!! Also the cup of the Spanish women's national team of 2023. A huge illusion!!.

The museum is good for those who are fans of the World Cup and even so in a very superficial way. I found it a little disappointing, the museum is quite small and my expectation was something much bigger for the FIFA football museum. There is a lack of interactive options, there is a lack of exploring other competitions and some relevant stories.

The FIFA Museum was the highlight of my Zurich stop! As an avid soccer (football) fan, especially with the 2026 World Cup coming to North America, this place was a dream. The museum has three levels, and the interactive games on the third floor were a blast. I even bumped into some Senegalese players who were in town for a match against Liverpool. We stored our stuff in a locker named Beckham on the ground floor (because why not?). I also got some insider tips from a staff member on how to snag FIFA 2026 tickets! Pro tip: This awesome experience is included with the Swiss Pass, so don’t miss it!
