About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- missbama0 contributionsChocolate HeavenBeautiful place to visit. Great underground parkinig. Good value. Love the history, we chose a audio tour, might would have enjoyed the tour a little more with a guide. Tasting all the chocolate was yummy, very generous with the samples that they offered. Fun visit for everyone.Written January 21, 2024
- gibchan0 contributionsSkip Zurich and spend more time in the Alps.Prisicla was a great guide. We loved this trip to the Alps. Beautiful views everywhere. Going by car from Zurich was so much better than trying to do it by train. Saved a lot of travel time and added a lot of flexibility to the trip. We loved all the places we got to see and experience. If you ever come to the USA, we'll be your guide to Zion and Grand Canyon.Written October 17, 2023
- mrssmithinar0 contributionsBest day of our trip!We have spent 3 weeks in Europe this year and this was by far our favorite day. Prisicla was a wonderful guide, the Mercedes van was comfortable and super clean. We loved all the spots she took us to and the photos she took of us. She knows all the best places and is a joy to be around! I will definitely use her company next time we are in Switzerland!Written August 21, 2023
- fraualmeida0 contributionsCan`t beat Lindt chocolateThe factory is very well design with the visitor experience in mind. This is the best chocolate factory tour in Switzerland. It is easily accessible by public transport.Written April 10, 2023
- CArollergirl0 contributionsVery expensive transportation for inexpensive tour that wasn't privateMy clients, a group of 12, tried to book two tours at the same time (two vans, one for 7 guests, the other for 5 as vans only hold 7 guests max) Thankfully, the two tours could not be booked at the same time, so we booked 7 for the 'private' tour for $890 and the other 5 family members booked a tour on their own for $20 each and arranged their own transportation...all 12 family members met up at the factory and were part of the same self-guided tour once at the factory, so basically my party of 7 paid $750 for round trip transfers...If anyone from Swiss Xplorer wishes to contact me to offer a refund, you can contact me through Viator Tours (the company I booked through)..Word to anyone reading this review, I suggest booking tickets for the tour directly through the factoryWritten April 3, 2023
- TheDoyles1510 contributionsGreat fun & educationalMy wife and I recently visited the Linditt chocolate factory and took the self tour with English language headphones. The tour is very educational and fun as you learn the history of chocolate and get to taste as you go . We had a fun day and learned so much. The spoon testing of the chocolate was incredible. We even had a beautiful ice cream after from the cafe.Written September 20, 2022
- Floridians335960 contributionsDelicious tour !My wife and I took a cab ride to this chocolate factory and really enjoyed ourselves ! You are given an audio device that you tap on different screens. You see how the chocolate is grown and refined .You also see the Machines that cut, press and wrap these delicious bars and balls ! You also get a chance to taste many different varieties of chocolate . You can stay there all day eating as much chocolate as you wish ! The admission as I remember is 15CHF for adults. It is well worth the trip !Written May 28, 2022
