Ricardo was an informative and charming tour guide! He did a great job touring us through the city and helping us understand the history of the city.

The private tour was fantastic. Our guide and driver, Gonçalo was professional, courteous, patient and an excellent driver. The vehicle was comfortable and practically brand new. He gave us the history, showed us hidden sites and the trip enjoyable, efficient and safe. The tour is pricey and Switzerland is an expensive country, but safety and trust is worth it.

I have booked a guided tour of Zurich Old Town, lake cruise and Lindt home of chocolate for a large group of delegates in November and had a great experience with Swiss Epic Tours. Hadassa made sure everything is organised smoothly. Vasilis (tour guide) was friendly, fun and shared a lot of knowledge about Switzerland, Zurich and its people. Our trip to Jungfraujoch was extraordinary. Swiss Epic tour Guide/Driver was punctual extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We arriveed at Grindlewald and took two trams/gondolas to the summit. The vistas are just indescribably spectacular (you have to see it to believe it. At the summit we had a delicious Swiss lunch of Fondu and Rosti (You have to try the Rosti). What a day!! I cannot say enough good about this company! Such a joy to work with! They provided an amazing tour (Ricardo was pure driver guide) of the Alps and then on the spot transfers another day to Lucerne. Don't bother to look any further... this is the company you want to work with!

Great walking tour and we saw much of the old city . Guide was very friendly and informative. Boat ride was short. Lindt tour was nice. They gave many free samples

expensive excursion. we expected interesting stories, but got just a transfer to the place and back in the company of a nice driver. service doesn't match the cost.

What a wonderful afternoon, Fernando picked my mother and I up promptly at our hotel in Zurich and took us on a drive to the Rhine Falls, and helped us negotiate the large queues to get fantastic vantage points. He then took us back to Zurich for a tour of town and various vantage points before dropping us back to our hotel. If you need a tour guide, Fernando is your man!

Best tour I’ve ever done hands down. Jean was the best tour guide/friend anyone could ever ask for. He answered a lot of our questions and was extremely knowledgable overall about not only switzerland but the entire europe. We had an amazing time and he took us through the most of the most beautiful parts of Switzerland while avoiding the crowded/tourist roads as well as taking us to eat some of the best fondue I have ever had. I highly recommend this tour as not only the tour guide was phenomenal but, also the transportation was very comfortable (mercedes van).

We traveled through Switzerland with 2 other couples, and I could not imagine a more enjoyable vacation. Ceilio was our tour guide, and by taking us to hidden gems he made the trip more personal and impactful. He was entertaining, very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure all our needs were met and helped us navigate any issues that came up. I would also like to thank Francisco, who had to the responsibility of getting us to the Interlaken train station one morning. He was our driver the previous day and I mentioned I was a little worried about getting everyone on the right train. He was not familiar with the Interlaken train station, so he took it upon himself to go the night before to the station, find an optimum place to park and then walk through the train station so he would know the quickest route to our car. The next morning instead of just dropping us off, he parked, took us to the right location and made sure we got onto the right train car. No stress! I would definitely recommend Swiss Epic Tours to anyone......Steve H.

We only had a full day to spend in Zurich and wanted to take in as much as we could through a private tour. Fernando picked us up and we were off to the best spots and saw Zurich from many different angles. The tour was awesome and Fernando is professional and knowledgeable! It’s worth every penny and you will have wonderful memories and pictures of Zurich!

Catherina and the Swiss Epic Tour Team were consummate professionals..my wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and wanted this trip to be a big adventure of seeing as much of Switzerland within a timeline of 7 days …in a stress fee and Hi-End environment. We made many changes along the way and they were easy to work with and accommodate us without any issues or concerns. Our Travel Guides Celio and Fernando were absolute RockStars who put us before themselves and asked us what we wanted to do for the day rather than going the easy route and showing us the normal tourist traps . We are a family of 13 members travelled from the USA, Taiwan & Romania, and we took a private tour with Nuno L from Zurich. Nuno is very thoughtful, responsive and agile to take care of our needs for our customized private tour. We have a mix of children and elderly- which is hard to manage everyone, however, we all enjoy our time and we would book him again for a private tour when we return Switzerland.
