expensive excursion. we expected interesting stories, but got just a transfer to the place and back in the company of a nice driver. service doesn't match the cost.

What a wonderful afternoon, Fernando picked my mother and I up promptly at our hotel in Zurich and took us on a drive to the Rhine Falls, and helped us negotiate the large queues to get fantastic vantage points. He then took us back to Zurich for a tour of town and various vantage points before dropping us back to our hotel. If you need a tour guide, Fernando is your man!

I booked Swiss epic tours months ago and the communication between Catharina and the other staff was always amazing. We had a little hiccup in our itinerary yesterday and they completely accommodated us. Fernando was our guide and he felt like family. He was early to get us and knew we were on a time crunch. He took us to the best locations for the time we had. The weather and views were perfect and we had the most amazing day. Switzerland was absolutely beautiful and pictures will never do justice for what we saw. Thank you Fernando and Swiss epic tours for treating us like family. Best tour I’ve ever done hands down. Jean was the best tour guide/friend anyone could ever ask for. He answered a lot of our questions and was extremely knowledgable overall about not only switzerland but the entire europe. We had an amazing time and he took us through the most of the most beautiful parts of Switzerland while avoiding the crowded/tourist roads as well as taking us to eat some of the best fondue I have ever had. I highly recommend this tour as not only the tour guide was phenomenal but, also the transportation was very comfortable (mercedes van).

Private tour was not cheap, but definitly worthwhile. Ivo was a great guide, and the Best of Oberland tour had some amazing sights, including waterfalls, a gorge and a cable car.

We had an amazing day with Fernando. The transportation was 1st class, as was the entire day. Fernando was very knowledgeable and really made sure that we saw all of the incredible sights. He went above and beyond to make this experience unforgettable. The beauty of the region is unmatched and being able to experience it with short hikes, as well as incredible views was special. The local village of Isenfluh was a highlight and Fernando was very accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend Epic Swiss tours for any adventure you seek in the alps. Ask for Fernando!

We traveled through Switzerland with 2 other couples, and I could not imagine a more enjoyable vacation. Ceilio was our tour guide, and by taking us to hidden gems he made the trip more personal and impactful. He was entertaining, very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure all our needs were met and helped us navigate any issues that came up. I would also like to thank Francisco, who had to the responsibility of getting us to the Interlaken train station one morning. He was our driver the previous day and I mentioned I was a little worried about getting everyone on the right train. He was not familiar with the Interlaken train station, so he took it upon himself to go the night before to the station, find an optimum place to park and then walk through the train station so he would know the quickest route to our car. The next morning instead of just dropping us off, he parked, took us to the right location and made sure we got onto the right train car. No stress! I would definitely recommend Swiss Epic Tours to anyone......Steve H.

The beauty of this trip is almost indescribable. The Swiss Alps did I not disappoint. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to some “hidden gems”. Our lunch spot was delightful and the views were stunning.

We only had a full day to spend in Zurich and wanted to take in as much as we could through a private tour. Fernando picked us up and we were off to the best spots and saw Zurich from many different angles. The tour was awesome and Fernando is professional and knowledgeable! It’s worth every penny and you will have wonderful memories and pictures of Zurich!

Catherina and the Swiss Epic Tour Team were consummate professionals..my wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and wanted this trip to be a big adventure of seeing as much of Switzerland within a timeline of 7 days …in a stress fee and Hi-End environment. We are a family of 13 members travelled from the USA, Taiwan & Romania, and we took a private tour with Nuno L from Zurich. Nuno is very thoughtful, responsive and agile to take care of our needs for our customized private tour. We have a mix of children and elderly- which is hard to manage everyone, however, we all enjoy our time and we would book him again for a private tour when we return Switzerland.

This tour exceeded our expectations and a great way to see some of the beautiful landscape of Switzerland. Our guide picked us up at our hotel in Lucerne and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He scheduled a full day tour and was flexible to make some minor adjustments based upon once he better understood our interests. You will see some breathtaking country and he took us to a small restaurant at the top of a mountain with fabulous views. I would recommend this full day tour if you are staying in Lucerne or nearby and have the time.

Three of us had a great day trip to Liechtenstein, Heidiland and Appenzell with Celio, our guide. Celio was informative and engaging and the scenery was spectacular. Celio was particularly helpful in catering the trip to suit my mother, who has some medical issues. It was a great way to get out of the city and get a view into other areas in the region. Highly recommend!
