Do NOT use this service and save your money. This is a sleazy group of operators; very misleading and will not honor their own regulations. First, I was unable to make it for the trip, due to unforeseen circumstances; I could do nothing about it. On their site, a refund due to 'force majeure' i.e the word their own site carries, is allowed. They declined to give me a refund even though their own website states I should get one, claiming they sent a driver. They did not. The driver (Javier) called to ask what time he should pick me, and my itinerary. I told him the planes were grounded; no boarding, so I was not coming. He instead sent me back proof that the flights were 'on time'. Lufthansa did not cancel flights, even though no one was boarding, to avoid chaos, as it was told relayed to me. Secondly, this is an overpriced Taxi Service; there is nothing special about a Mercedes in those parts of the world. Ubers are Mercedes models. If you are new and want to know Zurich, avoid this service. Take the tour bus for $75 and have someone who can explain the sites - save money and actually tour Zurich. An Uber driver even gave me more ideas (there is a 2-hour ferry for 1/4 of teh price of these guys to tour Zurich. I had expected that the driver would have an itinerary of best places to see, instead they will ask you 'where do you want to go', and then try to skimp on your time telling you that the 4 hours (where you have paid over $500) will include your trip to and back to the airport. In short, you will have less than 4 hours. Misleading. And you will now all that last minute after they make sure they have your money. It is also a bait and switch model. What you see is not the actual price. You are better off on a Bus-Tour where you have a tour guide
