Our trip to the Black Forest and Rhine Falls was awesome! Our tour guide, Pie, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and adjusted our tour to our needs and interest. We didn't think we would be capable of the hike to the top of the waterfall in Germany so he was able to accommodate and instead gave us time to take a lake cruise on Lake Titisee. He also made a wonderful recommendation for lunch and helped us understand the menu. Throughout the day he took over 80 pictures for us to document our entire experience! We accidently left a jacket in the vehicle and between Pie and Alp Excursions it was returned to us early the next morning. I highly recommend this tour and this operator!

Mr. Payan met us at the airport at the exact time and place. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its surroundings. The vehicle was clean and modern. He not also was the driver but his insight about private tours around the area was outstanding. Thanks to him, we booked an additional tour. It was a two-and-a-half-hour drive, and he kindly stopped for coffee and the restroom.

The trip was amazing. The day was well spent and the views were beautiful. Our tour guide PIE was fantastic knowledgeable and provided outstanding service.

Alp Transfer, Tim, collected us from Geneva airport taking us to Vevey. It was a smooth trip with good answers to a few questions about places to visit and things to do. A great, smooth, easy start to our vacation!

Our vehicle, a V-Class Mercedes van and chauffeur were excellent. The tour began and ended on time without any difficulty during the long 10-hour tour. The tickets to Mont Blanc by cable car plus the extra train ride to the ice caves were purchased by the company in advance. Rest stops for lunch, snacks, shopping and photography were taken care of. The entire experience was top-class.

We arranged for transportation from the Zurich airport to Zurich city. Paul was waiting for us when we arrived at baggage. He was pleasant, helpful and provided helpful hints for our stay. It took the stress out of arriving. We rode in a comfortable Mercedes van

Our driver was kind and professional and on time to pick my twins and I up from their summer camp to drive us two hours from Crans, Montana to Geneva.

Fabulous service. On time. Good clean vehicles and excellent Drivers. We came in and out of Geneva Airport. Some of the group had time to kill on the way in and Alptransfer arranged an excellent Geneva tour. Arrived 15 early in Interlaken for the return. All super. Can’t imagine a better service.

Clean and comfortable van. Driver was friendly. Jaque took us to the Olympic Museum in Loudsanne which was great. Then to Montreux for the afternoon and back to Geneva. Was a great day in Switzerland.

Alex was fantastic! He worked hard to get us to a bathroom and gave us a great lunch recommendation. I wanted to stop somewhere for lunch on our way and we had a chance to wander the streets of Brienz a bit as well. We’ve used this company many times now and they’re great!!

They were wonderful and very communicative regarding a small delay in our flight. They were there when we arrived and we had a lovely driver.
