We had a great time with Sherly and it was an intimate experience with only 4 people total. Sherly was able to really educate us on the history of chocolate and understanding the cuisines we were making. We definitely want to come back for her other classes!
We did the chocolate class today and had a great time! We learned about the origins and differences in types of chocolate. We also made a soufflé and fondue. Sherly was very nice as well. Great space and fun time!
