We booked this car transfer from Basel airport to our hotel in Basel centre, wery nice driver with nice clean car the staff in the office that I spoke to in order to change our pickup time were extremely helpful and very accommodating, would recommend them to anyone needing a car service in Switzerland

Outstanding experience. Drivers were prompt, courteous, experienced, and informative. Both drove seemingly brand new, most comfortable Tesla sedans. The first was from Greece, but she knew the area extremely well and got us to our Zurich hotel quickly. Our second driver ferried us to Basel and was very knowledgeable about Switzerland while very curious about the States. He was a world traveler and asked as many questions as he answered for us. This turned into an extremely pleasant interaction on our drive, and we were very grateful to have met him. I would highly recommend Alp Tranfer for any of your transportation needs in Switzerland.

Alps Transfer service provided highly professional, reliable transportation in new vehicles appropriate for the trip. We used the transfer service from Zurich Airport to our hotel (in Zurich), then from Zurich to Montreux, and finally, all the way across the Alps from Montreux, Switzerland to Torino, Italy. Our driver, Philippe, was fantastic—personable and local to the area. He stopped for photo ops/interests and was a genuinely kind and friendly ambassador for the country. We felt safe and confident that we would remain on our schedule for moving about the area. Alps Transfer will allow you to schedule time for touring along the route, and can drive between counties. Absolute best. Company stayed in touch throughout flight prior to arrival. When we arrived in Geneva driver was awaiting our arrival. We loaded quickly in very nice van. Our driver Roy was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire process was completely painless. Will absolutely book again.

Our guide Roberto was incredible! So knowledgeable and very organized! He knew tons of details about everywhere we went. The tour was over 12 hours but filled with magnificent experiences in the Alps! Truly a once in a lifetime experience!

The experience varied depending on the drivers. One driver was experienced and informative. One was friendly but new to Switzerland and had trouble finding the attractions as the GPS was unreliable. One was very quiet. Also, I wish AlpTransfer would provide the driver's name, contact number, and vehicle type for identification purposes once the job is assigned, like the other chauffeur company I used on the trip. It was awkward trying to locate the correct driver/vehicle on the day in question.
