    Not worth it. Very bland
Tour was had nothing going for it. I found more interesting facts about Zürich on my phone. I didn’t even make it to the chocolate factory I got off the boat ahead of times cause I saw a beach that catch my eyes.

Nothing but a series of painful long lines for rides that can be counted in seconds.
The entire Adventure package is ridiculous. We waited in the sun for 3hrs to ride the first 60 second zip line. Then another 1 1/2hr for the second 60 second glider zip line. Then another 1hr waiting for the first mountain carts, which to be fair, we’re a fun 20min to the Trottibikes but not worth the time waited in line. Finally we reached the Trottibikes and waited another 45min to get those for the 15min ride to the bottom. What would fix this? Reservations with set times, also, not letting people pay in line which slows everything down as well. Honestly, too much waiting for too little reward.

    Great day
Really good trip with a great guide in Moniker. Cable cars and cig railway were all great fun and facilities at mountain top were great. All finished off with a boat on the lake.

    Amazing views and fun time.
My husband and I had an amazing time today at Mount Titlis and Lucerne. Lucerne was a magical city with wonderful shopping and the best ice cream shop I have ever been to, Cuckoo Ice Cream. Try the vanilla! Then off to Mt. Titlis. We loved walking on the glacier, the trip up the mountain was crazy! We also did the suspension bridge and the view was incredible, although this scared me to death! Celia was our wonderful tour guide and Antonio was our very talented driver! This was an amazing day for us!

    Mismanaged
Travellers are asked to come 15mins before the 10.45 departure. Guide arrived 10.50 (as she had to come from Zurich). Driver couldn’t find the place and bus arrived 11.15. And so the connecting cable car and train all ran delayed by 30 mins. A request to the guide to delay our 3.30 return from the peak top was rudely denied. There are numerous sights to experience at the top, and we were forced to skip some. On the way back, the whole group was made to sit in a train coach for 30 mins before it started moving. The guide complained about her long day but forgot all her guests had travelled 15-25 hours not to be shuttled like cattle. Completely mismanaged. Disregard for customers time. Zero empathy. Total lack of respect of our time. Yes the views are spectacular but visitor discontent will build with such mistreatment.

    Unforgettable
This trip was brilliant. Christina our guide was very informative but not ‘in your face’. The landscape was mesmerising and something to remember. They discourage you feom seeing the lion monument as you only end up with about an hour in Lucerne but if you’re quick you can manage to see it and walk the bridge.

    A Great Experience
Our tour guide was Monika and she was great. Very knowledgeable with little tidbits about the area and country. She was easy to understand and gave very clear instructions with what was happening and what time we had to explore independently

    Best of Switzerland for sure!
Best of Switzerland tours were amazing. I booked our tour with them through GetYourGuide but it was the care and customer service of Best of Switzerland that went above and beyond. They were readily available and their support and service was impeccable and prompt. The tour itself and our wonderful guide were incredible-the highlight of our European trip. Thank you!

    Museum great, everything else lacking
The Lindt chocolate museum was great. However the tour was lacking, it was rushed and no or very little information was given on landmarks. The guide needed a microphone be at times you couldn't hear and she kept switching between multiple languages which slowed and reduced the tour. Maybe smaller groups with a guide for each language would be better. Also had no idea I had to find my own way back to the city after the tour until we got to the museum, it would have been nice to know this information when booking.

    The Wonder Mt. Pilatus.
It’s a must do when visiting Lucerne. Taking the train up to the top, enjoy the beauty of Lake Lucerne from above. There are trails to hike up there, or you can hike from the bottom. We were told it takes roughly 5 hours to hike up. I’ll definitely go back again!

    Enchanting experience at Rhinefall
We enjoyed the amazing views of rhinefall and the boat ride is another exciting experience which I will really recommend. After that we visited Stein on Rhein an architectural village where you can take many photos and enjoyed the walk along the lake. We had our Tour guide Verena who explained about the tours to us. She done an amazing job. Thanks

Highly recommended this most memorable experience at the top of Europe. From the beautiful towns like Interlaken, Grindawald, & Lauterbuten via cogwheel train to the ice palace to the infamous Sphinx, this was packed with excitement & adventure!

It was amazing package. The guide and the team including Peter and Sulee., and Francesco( driver) were excellent. Especially the guide, Peter, had excellent knowledge about the local areas and their history throughout the trip and had great stamina for commentary. Also his instructions were very clear to make our trip carefree . We stopped at very good scenic place to capture our beautiful family moments.
The drive was very scenic and fortunately the weather was excellent.

Overall, it was a great experience. Lars, our tour guide, was cool and informative. Jungfrau is a must see site but it was very crowded.

Was in Swiss for the second part of my bday trip. This was by far one of the best excursions I ever did. The price may be pricey but it’s definitely worth it. Went and saw place I never would of imagined myself going. If I’m ever in Zurich again I’m definitely doing this again.

One of the most beautiful places on earth and Bettina, our guide, was the perfect person to show us. She made the tour very personalized and despite there being a lot of tourists at the sites, made the tour fun. The Junfraujoch is a must see!

The ultimate location Jungfraujoch was amazing. Unfortunately getting there and back from Zurich left a lot to be desired.

Our “guide” Fatima, catered mostly to the few Spanish speakers on the tour and provided very little commentary on the journey to and from Jungfraujoch.

She mostly communicated to her coworkers in Spanish (the 2 of them provided no value at all).

Directions as to where to go at our stop for bathrooms were non existent.

Also we had to stop in Lucerne and Interlaken to pick up and drop off passengers which added at least an hour to the day. We were expected to be at locations to board the bus at specific times but the “guide crew” were always late.

Not well organized or executed. At least Jungfraujoch was great.

Book another company.

Dear Mark M, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe experience. We regret to hear that our tour logistics and the commentary provided by your tour guide did not live up to your expectations. We take great pride in the quality of our guides, and we can assure you that they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and committed to providing an exceptional experience to all our guests. In fact, your tour guide Fatima has consistently received positive reviews from our guests for their engaging storytelling and in-depth knowledge of the places we visit. However, we understand that experiences can vary, and we sincerely apologize if you felt that the level of information provided during your tour did not meet your expectations. We regret you didn’t point out your concerns directly to your guide during the tour so that she could adapt the commentary. We will certainly forward her your valuable feedback to avoid similar incidents in the future and to help her improve her services. Furthermore, both guides come from a Spanish-speaking country, and Spanish is their native language. While they are fluent in English and do their best to communicate effectively with our guests, using Spanish when speaking with each other allows them to communicate more naturally and efficiently. We acknowledge that at times, this might lead to a perception of exclusion or make guests feel left out of the conversation. For that, we sincerely apologize. To address this issue, we will make sure our guides are more mindful of using English when surrounded by guests. The merging of groups allows us to offer not only tours from Zurich, but also from smaller destinations with lower guest numbers such as Lucerne and Interlaken. For ecological as well as economic reasons, we also merge tours to smaller but not less interesting destinations along the same route. However, we are sorry to hear that this took up to much precious time that could otherwise have been spent on further information about Switzerland. Despite that, we always try to create a route that does not affect the logistics and provides the same experience for our guests. We are happy to read that you found Jungfraujoch-Top of Europe worth visiting and will give us a second chance to convince you of our great price-performance ratio during your next visit. Best regards, Ambika from Best of Switzerland Tours
