      Very good with a suggestion.
We did enjoy the tour but there is one suggestion. We started with the mini-train around old town. Very good for an overview. When we ended this part of the tour we wanted to go on the bus tours as well. Couldn't see any place to do that so we asked the driver of the train. He told us the directions. However, the bus pick up point is NOT easy to find but we eventually did find it. Went on the two remaining segments (graders and nations) and enjoyed this as well. We do recommend these tours but you should, as an operator, have a common meeting point of all three tours. That would be very helpful so other people can readily use your service.

      Not good.
Poor sightseeing cruise. Appertif was appalling, plastic cheese in tupperware box. Cheap wine in plastic cups. Dull. Not worth it. They definitely need to add commentary to this trip. So boring.

Tiny boat, insufficient for this area.
This is an extremely small boat with no toilet facility at all. How this could be rated as the 3rd most liked thing to do in Geneva is astounding. It is also open to the rain and wind. There are several other options with bathrooms and inside areas that can hold 20 or more people. The prices are almost identical. Do your homework. This is like a 20ft fishing boat.

      The Guide Was the Difference
It was a cold windy day but our guide (greek gentleman, but forgot his name) was a great host. He provided great hospitality.

Great intimate and romantic Sight seeing
Very cute little boat painted like a cow. Kids really loved it. It's quite intimate and romantic , you sit inside like a small restaurant (it fits around a dozen people realistically). Boat captain was very nice and helpful. Drinks and snacks for everyone. Be careful if its windy there are some waves, I enjoyed it but some people might be a bit spooked.

      Rude driver
The hop on, hop off tour bus from Gare routiere is incredibly disappointing. The tour guides need to ensure everyone knows how to use the equipment , they need to actually talk to the bus and they need to be polite !!! This is quite possibly the worst city tour we’ve taken thanks to an incredibly rude driver/guide who thought it was appropriate to tell customers off for being 30seconds late to the bus. I also cannot believe how fast the driver drove !!!! Terrible and would not recommend , get the audio of the city and walk/use public transport yourself.

Worst experience ever in a sightseeing bus!
We just got out from this ridiculous Geneva Sightseeing Bus Tour. The driver didn’t speak english , he started the spanish audio guide inside the bus for one person, we were 2 english speaking persons. It was like a crazy journey!!! In our headphones english and inside the bus very loud spanish! Keep in mind the headphones are not fitted to the ears. We felt like in Over the cuckoo’s nest! After 5 min the spanish volume was put lower and we finally could hear the very short and not important explanations of copule of buildings. We stoped for 5 min to take a picture at United Nations bit we stayed for 2 min beying afraid that the driver would live us there. After 20 minutes we went back to the Gare Station where we stopped for 10 min . We were supposed to continue the tour but we decided it is a waste of our time as this is a ridiculous meaningless trip! We might as well have taken the city bus ! Do not waste your time and of course your money!!!

Tour company never picked us up.
Booked this trip through Tripadvisor with Swiss sighseeing tours. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel, we spent an hour walking between the parking lot and lobby waiting for them and no one ever came for us. They had changed the time ahead by 30 minutes but I had no cell phone service in the hotel so they didn't reach me. We drove ourselves 2 + hours to the train station to meet up with them and again, they weren't there when they said they would be and left w/o us. We had to pay again for the train and entrance fee and then get a refund from Tripadvisor. It was a wonderful trip on our own but such a disappointment that they made little to no effort to pick us up when we were there the whole time and we had to figure it all out on our own!

Beautiful view - stay away from Husky ride
One of the more spectacular views I have seen in the alps. Stay away from the Husky ride though! They let us do only one loop, which took about 1 minute, and the lady in charge was super grumpy, yelling at pretty much everybody. Next to it was a little sledding hill which was super fun for our kids.

£146 for a bus ride to Chamonix
Per the description of the trip and itinerary (photos attached), we were expecting to visit the Mer de Glace and Aiguille du Midi. On arrival at Chamonix we were advised that the cable cars don’t operate this time of year and no access is available to either - at no point was this communicated before/after my booking. Tried to contact the company to arrange a partial refund but they were not interested, although they have now amended the description of the tour per my complaint. If you do this trip yourself with Flixbus it would cost no more than £30.

Chamonix off season not worth the trip
There were many reasons why I was disappointed in this trip. 1) it was never made clear that Chamonix is in off season right now. Normally that wouldn’t bother me. But apparently that means that some businesses are closed completely and others are only open limited hours. For example, it would have been really helpful to know that there is only one restaurant open at all and it is only open for lunch from noon to 2 then the kitchen is closed until 7pm for dinner. That would have been important information for anyone wanting to have lunch in the village. 2) I arrived late because I injured myself on the way to the tour pickup spot. There were two employees that I interacted with. One of them was very kind and did everything within his power and authority to make me comfortable while I dealt with a painful and frustrating situation. The other employee was curt and very unsympathetic. When I asked if I could get a refund, it was a flat out “no.” Why, then, does the app have a button to request a refund? When I asked if there was going to be a lot of walking she very flippantly said “it’s a village. You walk around as much as you like.” But the village was practically vacant. I had hoped to spend time relaxing somewhere with a view so I could rest my back and maybe have a nice meal. If I had known that wasn’t going to be possible I would not have even gone. So basically this was just an $80 bus ride. Totally not worth it. Don’t go to Chamonix off season. Save your money and spend time in Geneva.
