What a wonderful surprise! So many great views with helpful guide, Zakaria, to explain every step of the way. Zak was the BEST! ⭐️ He kept checking on us to ensure we had a pleasant experience. He even loaned us his charger for our phones. The local shopping and food was so authentic and quaint. Would definitely recommend! You can stay with the group or go off on your own. Either way is enjoyable. Safe for all ethnicities. 🫶🏼

The cable car and train are both closed every November for a month for routine maintenance. But they still book tours during those same weeks as if they are open and running, While they substituted another cable car and a short hike, it was NOT the tour I booked. And it then left us with 2 1/2 hours to tour Chamonix and eat lunch was excessive and meant to kill the time which was otherwise meant for the tour I wanted. The Alps are magnificent, but this tour was not I expected.

Great half day trip. Lasted 5 hours from start to finish and it was sufficient time. Christmas market was unexpected and added a nice surprise to visit. Really is a beautiful place. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic must-do-in-a-life-time experience! Have not one bad thing to add, pure beaty of the mountains is out of this world. People lovely and approachable. Everything tip top perfectly organised and working.

We loved this tour but then we were very lucky that it was only us, another couple and the driver/guide. So we could take our time and be quite flexible as to how long we spent at each place. Our driver/guide, David, provided excellent information, was really friendly and happy to answer our questions. We were also lucky with the weather as it was raining quite heavily in Geneva when we left, but an hour or two out of Geneva and it cleared to a beautiful day. Each of the places we visited were interesting and beautiful in different ways. Highly recommend!

This tour guide was well organized, efficient, funny, and he offered us multiple alternative options when certain aspects of the trip were not available due to weather conditions. It was a breathtaking experience at Chamonix and Mont Blanc. So many pictures!! And the ride there and back on the bus from Geneva was comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The weather and time of year you visit play a large role it what you’ll see and be able to do. Due to high winds at the summit of Mont Blanc, we could only ride the tram to the first level. We then rode a train to a glacier and ice cave. Except there was no ice cave since winter hadn’t arrived yet in late Oct. That’s understandable. However, the glacier has receded so far, it isn’t really visible from the train depot. All that is left now is a rock filled valley. They really should not be stating that you can “hike a glacier”. It’s receded too far up the mountain to realistically do it. In the winter, people might think they’re hiking on a glacier but it’s really just snow covering the rocks.

The bus tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The small train was good, but the speakers needed to be louder. It was hard to hear. There were no stops in old town

The view from Jungfraujoch was incredible. What a beautiful place. The Sphinx and surroundings are very organised with a nice amount of things to see. One thing to note is that from Lauterbrunnen to Jungfraujoch, it takes about 1h30min with a couple train changes. The train journey goes through some lovely villages with incredible views, which sums up to the whole experience. The changes at the stations are easy to navigate, but due to the duration of the journey, it meant we only had 1h30min at Jungfraujoch. We managed to see most things, but it would've been nice to have more time up there. Interlaken was a nice place with good views. Good for shopping, if you are into it. One slightly misleading things is the proposed itinerary. We didn't make it to Aletsch Glacier and would not have had the time even if we tried. Perhaps remove that stop from the typical itinerary and increase the duration of Jungfraujoch to 4h30min? Finally, your driver was very nice and helpful.

Great tour around the city giving you knowledge of the city and helping with bearings. The coach and touring train are great giving different views. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and engaging, great tour.
