Our guide Roberto was incredible! So knowledgeable and very organized! He knew tons of details about everywhere we went. The tour was over 12 hours but filled with magnificent experiences in the Alps! Truly a once in a lifetime experience!

The experience varied depending on the drivers. One driver was experienced and informative. One was friendly but new to Switzerland and had trouble finding the attractions as the GPS was unreliable. One was very quiet. Also, I wish AlpTransfer would provide the driver's name, contact number, and vehicle type for identification purposes once the job is assigned, like the other chauffeur company I used on the trip. It was awkward trying to locate the correct driver/vehicle on the day in question.

Our transfer from our hotel in Zurich was very smooth and right on time. Professional driver and we would use the company again.

We arrived and Milten our driver was waiting for us. He helped with our bags & escorted us to a luxury vehicle, where cold water was waiting. On our way to our lodging, he shared some interesting facts about Switzerland. Once we arrived at our destination there was an issue with our lodging. He was so very kind & helpful. He allowed us to connect to the internet via his phone and he waited while the issue was resolved. Such a wonderful experience & first impression of Zurich. Thank you.

Excellent service. Great driver. Really hot day, so car as advertised with aircon was essential. The Brünig pass is hair raising with all the hairpin bends navigated expertly by our driver. Would 100% recommend

I enjoyed the boat trip to the falls. The service and the guide is very professional. However, the black forest is not as good due to very long waiting time at the restaurant for lunch. But overall the trip was good.
