YA, you got to do it..Check a box!
Thoroughly enjoyed!! Would not hesitate to recommend. Weather obstructed view but can’t control. Actually our trip was from Zurich - Top of Europe..not listed to review. (Just Interlaken). Our tour guide - she (name?) - was very knowledgeable & attentive. Our driver amazing. Had free time in Interlaken - we wondered back to parking lot a bit early because places closed.. NO BUS. Freaked for a bit, thinking we missed some instruction. (Should advise bus may not stay in area). Kept saying law to have seatbelt on. My seat - second floor - 5th row, isle, beyond stairs, didn’t have a seat belt! 😳.

      DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY £144 for 2 adults for this tour. Which consisted of poor guiding, poorly organised in regards to information. The bus tour literally just drives around the city extremely pointless and a waste of money. The chocolate factory is only £17 for a adult ticket on the door. I don't know why it was so expensive or what value for money we actually got because there wasn't any. Value for money I would say should be around £50 per couple. But because wages are ridiculous here the money is paying the rubbish tour guide and the bus driver which the bus was pointless anyway. Just book the boat/public transport and factory tour separately on your own.

      Worth every CHF!
We were lucky to have a great guide in Andrea from Zurich, plus David from Interlaken, they provided invaluable information and advice about Interlaken & Grindlewald. The coach was very comfortable and our driver very skilled to negotiate some of the bends enroute. Interlaken is very beautiful with lovely views of the mountains but for anyone who would like to get up close, Grindlewald is superb. We went on the Jungfrau cable car, it was breathtaking! Nothing prepares you for the beauty up there. Worth every CHF

      Must do!!!
Excellent day trip. Well organised and our guide Gonzalo was amazing. The views from the top of Jungfraujoch have to be seen to be believed. Photos do not do it justice. A stop at Interlaken on the way was nice as well and had time to explore for an hour. Had nearly 2.5 hours up the top to explore by yourself before meeting back up with the group to start the trip down. Highly recommend and I am so glad I did it.

      Bucket list visit to Jungfraujoch
Fantastic day trip from Zurich. If you only have time for one day trip, this is it! Monika and Ping were outstanding guides and kept the group together and on time. The top of Jungfraujoch was breathtaking, definitely a lifetime experience.

Maximize your time to enjoy this wonderful tour!
This was an excellent tour! Really maximized our short few days in Zurich. Including a scenic route as we traveled through Zurich with history and fun facts. Then onto the beautiful countryside and cantons along the way. Stopping with a couple of hours Lucerne. I would advise to see the lion statue first before crossing the Chapel Bridge and exploring on the other side. Then we were off to Mt Titlis. Our tour guide was helpful on explaining the process of getting up to the top. What a beautiful adventure! Once we got to the top we were able to do the ice flyer, cliff walk, glazier cave and enjoy the SPECTACULAR clear views. Definitely a day to remember. At the end of the tour back in Zurich he also gave us great tips on sites and Christmas markets in the city!

      Book this!
We booked this trip on a whim, feeling like we wanted to see more outside of Zurich. The tour guides were friendly and direct with instruction. We were able to see a lot of beautiful views and activities. We did the math and for train tickets and cable car, this tour is roughly the same amount but worry free as you’re being directed throughout. I definitely recommend!

Horrible, will never book anything with them again.
There was a snow storm the evening before, and all of the transportation was late and running slow. I had to take the tram and then the train to make it to the check in location. Once we got there, we were told even though we had out tickets we had to wait in line for the process. Well 30 min in line and the driver knowing we were having to wait our turn in line, they took off without out. We were offered a city tour, but it would be much later in the day and not nearly what we had paid for. The lady kept telling me I could not catch up with them or meet them anywhere because it was a self-guided tour. A self-guided tour costs over 300 for two people. My grandson and I took the train over and once we got there, we found out the gondola ride was cancelled due to high winds and snow. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. I WOULD NOT BOOK ANOTHER EXCURSION WITH THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. BESIDES BEING UNORGANIZED THEY ARE VERY RUDE.

Stein am and Rhine Falls tour
We did the Stein am Rhein and Rhine Falls half-day tour. Konrad our tour guide was one of the best we have ever experienced! Vincenzo was as steady a driver we have ever had! What a wonderful tour…the scenery, atmosphere and commentary were outstanding. Great way to experience old Switzerland!

Wonderful Guides - Erstilla and Karen
The trip was a pleasant one skilful driver who ensured safety and punctuality. The guides Eristilla and Karen were fantastic. They were knowledgeable to share about Zurich and the journey, and helpful and friendly. Even though the harsh weather prevented us to do most the activities at Mt Titlis, they did their best to ensure we enjoyed the ice tunnel. Lucerne was beautiful, especially with the snow!

We were lucky to have a perfect winter day for this trip which enabled us to make the most of the stunning views! This trip from Lucerne was expensive but worth it for that taste of the Swiss Alps and ski resorts. Really enjoyed the cliff walk too! There was plenty of time to explore the top of the mountain. The guide was very friendly and professional but I’d like to have some more commentary on the bus about the history, geography or culture of Switzerland to learn more (guide was not Swiss). Overall this was an excellent half day trip from Lucerne!

I would 100% recommend this tour. I am a solo female traveler and met two other incredible solo women travelers as well. The guide gave her speeches in two languages which may be a deal breaker for some but didn’t bother me. It was a quick 30-40min bus ride from Lucerne and then she gave us the tickets and off we went to have fun on the mountain! All of the experiences were great. We had good weather so the clouds came and went often at that high of altitude. The ice cave was super cool being surrounded by that much ice. The ice flyer is just a ski lift, so if you ski a lot, that might be a let down. The bridge was incredible too but we couldn’t see down very far due to the clouds. My favorite part was by far the free sledding if you allow enough time for it. If you have a small amount of time in Switzerland this is a great option to get to the mountains. Would recommend!

One of the most breathtaking experience we have had! A must see and a must do tour - you cannot leave Luzern without experiencing the views Mount Titlis has to offer.

The tour itself is seamless - from pickup to the end of the journey, Sofia, our tour guide, have been instrumental. Instructions were clear, and we had plenty of time to enjoy every attraction on Mount Titlis.

We were blessed with good weather, and with recommendations from Sofia on where One can appreciate the infinity mountain horizon, this has made our trip truly memorable. The journey includes cliff walks, ice flyer rides, and snow tubing - more than enough to keep our smiles going from one ear to another.

Highly recommended! We will be back.

This is an excursion you could easily do without a tour company with a little planning (there is a train that goes close and you can buy the lift tickets yourself) and save some money, but we opted to do the tour because we thought it would be easier. The mountain itself is great and definitely worth visiting. There isn’t really too much to say (it’s a mountain); there were great views on the way up, the top was a snowy mountain top (as advertised), the ice cave was cool and the sledding was surprisingly fun.

The tour company, on the other hand, didn’t add much value. The guides didn’t really have much to say and once you get to the mountain you’re on your own. My biggest issue though is they LEFT US IN LUCERNE even though we arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with a guide. When we arrived at the meeting spot, we checked in with a guide who informed us we were on a different bus and should wait. When a second bus arrived, we asked her if this was our bus and she seemed confused and annoyed we were talking to her, but indicated (as far as we could tell) that it wasn’t. Both buses left and when a third bus arrived the tour guide from that bus told us we were supposed to be on the previous bus. Fortunately, he was also going to the mountain and gave us a ride. On the way back, we tried to get on the bus we were originally supposed to be on (since the bus we took there was going to Zurich, not Lucerne), but were refused entry by the non-English speaking bus driver. Eventually we managed to get on the bus only to have our tour guide (the one who stranded us) try to make us get off again. Overall, the entire experience was entirely chaotic and this tour company seems to be disorganized and have no procedures in place for actually accounting for guests (so it wouldn’t shock me to learn they regularly strand people). Additionally, the “ice walk” at the top of the mountain was closed due to weather and we weren’t refunded any money even though it is an extra ticket (so presumably the tour company just kept the money as profit)

Dear G5783UZshawnd, Thank you very much for joining our Mt Titlis tour from Lucerne and taking the time to share this review. We honestly appreciate your words, as it helps to detect and improve weak points. During the Christmas season, there was a significantly higher volume of guests departing from Lucerne, and with multiple buses in operation, the check-in process may have become a bit challenging. But we expect our employees to remain calm even in these situations and, if necessary, to ask for a little patience in a friendly manner until the situation has been solved. On the day of the tour, we suffered a technical error where your booking appeared in the passenger list of two buses, causing even more confusion for the guides and of course not a comfortable experience for you either. As soon as we noticed the error we contacted the guides to confirm which bus you needed to board and are glad that everything went well at the end. It's important to note that the allocation of guests to specific buses is carefully managed, and changing buses on the spot may not be feasible, as some buses may already be at full capacity, leading to additional confusion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight, and we are actively reviewing our procedures to prevent similar issues in the future. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed this wonderful destination and hope that you give us a second chance on your next visit to Switzerland. Best regards, Ambika from Best of Switzerland Tours

Although we were unable to go to the top of MTN Titles our experience was excellent 👌. Best of Switzerland was so professional keeping us informed of the change and what our options were, cancelling the trip, a partial refund, or to reschedule. I observed our your guide helping everyone with any concerns or questions we all had. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable!!! We do not have control over weather issues and they did a phenomenal job making any necessary changes to keep everyone informed and updated as we went along! We appreciated it!!! FYI I chose a partial tour and recd my refund within 2 days!

This was a fabulous trip with a fantastic, knowledgeable guide that provided clear information and expectations for every step of the trip. The bus ride from Lucerne to Engelberg was just as advertised and Mt Titlis was an absolute blast for our whole family -- we were busy and engaged for every moment and everything that we did (and we did a lot) was included with the tickets purchased on our guided visit. This was a great highlight of our time in Switzerland.

We booked the half day tour to Mount Titlis to play in the snow but there was not a lot at the top. This was not the tour companies fault but a vey good reminder that global warming is 100% real and we all need to do our part to reverse what is happening to our planet.

Other than the lack of snow my wife and I had an amazing day and very lucky to have the best weather where we could see Switzerland, Germany and France from the top of the mountain.

Our guide Sophia was excellent and kept us informed of the schedule and the amazing things that Switzerland has to offer.

Overall a great half day out and highly recommend to others.

The tour guide was ok but it doesn’t really provide any value whatsoever other than telling us when we arrive. I approached the driver to confirm it that was my bus at the end of the tour and he just yelled “Switzerland” angrily at me (since I didn’t ask in German) I get it’s not his obligation to know English, but come on… you work for a tourism company trying won’t hurt, I bet none of the people there were locals. I took it from Lucerne and considering how fast the trip was I’m pretty sure it would have been better just figuring out how to get there on my own, plus you are just limiting how much time you will spend there by taking this tour. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dear ansol496, Thank you very much for joining our tour to Mt Titlis and taking the time to rate your experience. We are very sorry to read that the services provided by your tour guide and driver did not live up to your expectations. Our guides are instructed to provide wealthy information not only about the history and culture of our country but also the itinerary and meeting points to ensure a smooth coordination with the guests during the tour. Nevertheless, there is always room for improvement and we will forward this feedback to your tour guide to help him/her enhance his/her services. Our aim is to provide our guests high-quality service so that they can keep memorable experiences with us during their stay in Switzerland. This is the main task of the tour guide during the tour but the driver, although he is not a trained guide, would certainly have been able to answer your question. Even though this might have been due to a language barrier, we would like to apologize for our driver’s attitude and would like to emphasize that we communicated to him that we do not welcome such behavior on tour. We hope that you still enjoyed the views from Mt Titlis and the activities available at the top and look forward to welcoming you on tour again on your next visit to Switzerland. Best regards, Ambika from Best of Switzerland Tours

The weather was not good they day we traveled. We were OK with that and did not cancel. Our guide spent the first 20 minutes of our tour helping a couple that took the wrong bus and ended up on our tour. She should have taken care of us first as the paying customers. Second she did not give good direction as to where to go in order to see the sights. The fog was bad and a lot of people on our tour missed areas because they did not know it was there. The guide should have explained the area better. Do not recommend Tour of Switzerland for the Mt Titlis tour.

Dear Selena, Thank you very much for joining our tour to Mount Titlis and for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided by your tour guide and will follow up on your feedback with her to help her improve her tours. While we understand that it was not convenient that your tour guide had to spend 20 minutes helping other paying customers to find back to their group, we firmly believe that everyone has been lost in a foreign country at some point and was also very thankful to receive support. On the bus, all guests receive a detailed map of the different activities that are available on the summit and our tour guides are always around to help guests with any pending questions. Nevertheless, we are sorry to hear that you missed some of the attractions and hope that you will get the chance to come back to Mount Titlis on a clear and sunny day! We’ll organized, helpful staff. Bus arrived and departed promptly. We had weather complications on the Mountain, beyond the control of the operator, obviously.

Thoroughly enjoyed, we will return for activities that were unavailable due to high winds,
