Very impressed with this tour- great value. Walter was professional with a sense of humour & provided just enough insightful information. Mark the driver gave us a smooth bus ride all day. Would recommend this tour to anyone

      Unprofessional
The tour guide on our trip was very unprofessional. He left my group and I at the train station without giving us any direction. A train inspector told us we were supposed to stay with our guide but he left us. Our guide was then 20 minutes late for the bus leaving us waiting. He was making “funny” jokes at the expense of his costumers which were just distasteful. The bus went to good destinations but the tour guide was unprofessional.

Not worth the money or time.
What a waste of money. Two hour trip into a German tourist trap. Directed to an approved restaurant and encouraged to buy watches. Guide knew little to nothing about the area and repeated themselves over and over. While this tour is not terribly expensive, it consumes seven hours of your day. This time would be better spent conducting your own tour elsewhere.

      An amazing alpine adventure
We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and were aware that we had to make our own itinerary in interlaken and Grindelwald. Both locations were stunning and we would definitely recommend the gondola in Grindelwald for amazing views and to make the trip extra special. Be prepared the travel is 2/2.5hrs each way, but the coach is comfortable and has phone charging plugs.

Good tour - Could be certainly better
While it is very well conducted, weather played spoilsport for us - it was a rainy & a cloudy day. Heididorf was a good place. I believe they spent extremely less time at Vaduz - It should be timed so that one can spend at least 2-3 hours in Vaduz.

      Great Overview of the City
Nice overview of the city. We did it on our first day to get acquainted with Zurich and pick some sights we wanted to go back too. Some helpful language tips were included with the audio. It was a very rainy day, so the views sometimes weren’t the best, but still worth seeing. Would recommend if you are short on time, or want to get and overview of the city and its history.

Excellent trip to the Black Forest
The Rhinefalls were amazing and we enjoyed our time there. The little Black Forest village on a lake was very touristy with shops and restaurants. We were there a little long. The guide did a very good job with narrating the trip. All very positive except several tourists on the coach who were making business calls while the guide tried to communicate the various sites, making it difficult to hear.

      Wonderful trip
Our tour guide – Walter was knowledgeable and funny gentleman and the driver was also helpful and bus was comfortable. Led us to explore wonderful places in both Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Beautiful rose garden. Heidiland was small village but interesting. More time can be stayed in Liechtenstein that was a beautiful and leisure place will be more preferable. Balanced time on guided tour and free time. Wonderful trip.

      Bad experience
The tour was unbelievably disorganized, with all processes being manual, making it difficult to follow and overly complicated. The booth has a very small logo and hard to tell. We have to ask the booth next to it in order to get to the correct one. The bus departed late in the morning at 8:38 AM (supposed to be 8:30 AM) and left Interlaken earlier than the agreed time. Although the scheduled departure was 12:30 PM, the driver, Peter, left at 12:24 PM without checking if all guests were back. We were picked up at the crossroads 100 meters away from the car park at 12:25 PM, when the bus had already left the agreed waiting point and on the way to Grindelwald. If we had been 10 seconds later, we would have missed the bus. This is particularly concerning since the tour guide had clearly stated that anyone who missed the departure time would be left behind and they will not be responsible. Hence we came back 5 minutes early, but why did the driver leave so early? We highly doubt some other guests might have been left behind if they arrived after 12:26 PM. Additionally, the tour guide, Kid, was extremely rude and issued commands in a way that made guests uncomfortable. He did not smile, looked at people with disdain, and made guests feel stupid for asking questions. He also showed everyone his peculiar videos with himself dancing with a pink papered umbrella at the mountain, which made the tour even more unpleasant. His attitude was unprofessional, making guests feel more like a burden than valued customers. The tour's itinerary was poorly planned, with insufficient time allocated to key attractions. There was a lack of coordination and communication about the schedule. The guide provided minimal information about the sites, offering little value beyond basic transportation. There was no effort to engage with the group or enhance the experience with insightful commentary or helpful tips. The cost of the tour covered only transportation and did not include anything else, not even water. There were no complimentary refreshments or amenities, and the bus itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Seats were old, there were flies inside, making the journey unpleasant, especially on a warm day. No matter how pleasant the view was at Interlaken and Grindwald, the tour guy Kid made this tour experience like a fly in a delicious soup—everything was ruined. The tour failed to meet even the most basic expectations for organization, customer service, and value for money. Overall, this was a very bad experience. We came here to have fun, not to be treated poorly. This was extremely disappointing. Improvements are desperately needed in every aspect of the tour, starting with the adjustment of the current tour guide, Kid, whose behavior was unacceptable.

There was an Asian tour guide who was absolutely the rudest person I have ever seen taking people on this tour. He is posted in several photos on this trip advisor post, so I will not post another one. He yelled extremely loud at a lady who sat on the train instead of just kindly requesting her to move. I have never been so embarrassed to be with a tour guide like this. I really wanted to quit the tour at this moment. No one should act like this, and especially not when you are leading a group of people. It is so simple to politely ask people to move and if they don't, it's the train’s workers who are responsible to request it. Yelling is not acceptable.
I would save the money and do the train ride yourself! It will be much more enjoyable. I found him to be quite obnoxious after this whole incident. Go to the train station and buy your ticket there instead.

Tour guide Raymond was great! Multilingual and coordinated the trip so that everything ran smoothly, as it does involve multiple transfers (bus, trains, cable cars). He was knowledgeable about each of the stops. Extended our stay at the top b/c it was one of those gorgeous days that had great visibility. Also helped us take some pictures to remember the trip by. Check the weather before you book!

Our guide was absolutely amazing. He was so considerate of everyone and communicated with clear directions that made each step of the trip easy and fun! We enjoyed the bus, trains, and gondola rides, and the activities at the top of the mountain were outstanding. I would tell everyone to invest in this trip! It was the highlight of our vacation in Switzerland.

This was hands down one of THE BEST guided tours we have ever take. Our guide, Kid, knew the route up the mountain like the back of his hand and knew every location to take the perfect photos. Seriously, my pictures all look like post cards. Not to mention the incredible scenery we witnessed from the bus, numerous trains and the cable car ride down the side of the mountain. Kid also made sure we slowly acclimated to the change in altitude and gave us tips to help us deal with the lack of oxygen when we made it up to the top (12,000 feet above sea level!) He took professional quality photos with a nice camera, which we were sure you’d have to pay for later like other tour we’ve been on, but when we got back to the bus he uploaded them to a laptop then Airdropped them to our phones - free of charge. Kid made this experience so special for us- I would not want to do this tour without him there as our guide. 10/10 a must do when in Switzerland.

One of the most breathtaking experience we have had in our lifetimes! This would not been possible without our excellent guide, Raymond, and our bus driver Mark.

The trip is action packed, but not rushed. Plenty of time was given for each stop. Raymond's experience and description of each attraction has made us truly appreciate the majestic bounty of nature, and the history of the attractions.

We had a different kind of experience on Jungfraujoch - it was snowing (soft and supple!) so the sights at the top were clouded over BUT this did not dampen our experience! Recommendation of photo spots from Raymond has also been the icing on the cake for us.

We will definitely come back! A must visit; and you would not have been to Switzerland without visiting this. Highly recommended tour!

Nice trip!! Train ride was awesome and had spectacular views. The bus driver was a maniac on the curvy mountain roads and hit a couple of markers. That's the only reason for the 4 stars because we got whipped around more than i think was necessary. Kid was our guide and did a great job wrangling everyone and taking pics for us. He has a personality that one guy took exception to but if you don't take it personally, you'll be much happier! I don't think we could have moved between busses and trains without him.

Stunning views of the mountains and villages. Tour guide Hans was helpful and always had tickets and front of the line ready for us. The coach with wifi was comfortable for the hour trip up and down. The timetable was clear for when to return to the meeting point. Skip the 360 degree movie when you first enter, the elevators to go up to the observatory are like cattle herding, choose stairs if available to the observation deck (o think it was Sphinx). . Be careful to watch for the second observatory as the signage wasn’t clear and we took a right instead of that left. The ice palace was fun!

Our tour guide Kid made this trip so much fun! He made sure our group never missed a photo/video opportunity and that we made the most of our time together. The whole day was terrific. The bus was on time and was very comfortable. The scenery on the ride was picturesque and the experience on (and in) the mountain was memorable and the views were stunning. We loved that we got to ride both the cog railway and the gondola as well! Such a fun experience
