Booked for Glacier 3000 trip with all activities. It was unfortunately cancelled due to weather. They offered Chamonix trip as replacement but made me pay extra for mountain train. The place was amazing (must visit). We enjoyed the day thoroughly. But the keytours played a major role in running our day. They told to assemble at the bus stop at 5.15pm, we reached there by 5.13 pm. The bus was not there. They didn't even care to call us or inform about the next bus. I tried calling the office, no proper communication they hanged the call when enquired they told couldn't hear anything. I called 5 times then got frustrated being left in another country (France). Didn't know how to go to Geneva - then booked a Flixbus with help and paid extra € 50 to reach back. Later we went to the office and complained, the receptionist understood our side and asked us to email for refund. I did that but they told sorry we cannot refund anything. The worst tour company in my life.

Absolutely amazing 5 day trip away for Xmas would definitely recommend, we booked accommodation through booking.com and booked flights separately It was so beautiful and magical , the scenery and vibe was definitely christmasy We didn’t ski but visited various attractions Chaminox runs a free bus service , but this place is a solid 10/10

Lucerne was very picturesque. Titlis was amazing! Lots of choices of things to see & do. The swiss tours guides were great! Would definitely do it again.

Mountain views are out of this world and feels so surreal! Pleasant coach ride to and from Chamonix - easy to locate the stop for the pickup, it is directly in front of the shop where you collect your tickets for the day. We were provided a map for the day to help find our bearings once we were been dropped off. Would recommend the mountain train and once you step off, you are within the mountains and the view is breath taking. The village itself is cute and has plenty of shops, restaurants and bar - lots of choice to help you pass the day. We went picked up at 10.30 in Geneva, the coach trip is around 1.5 hours and you are picked up at 18.30, returning to Geneva between 19.30 to 19.45 but the time goes by quicker than you imagine!

Absolute Thieves! Let me start by saying this-DO NOT BOOK WITH KEY TOURS! They are nothing but THIEVES who will take your hard-earned money and leave you stranded. I'm beyond furious with how they treated me and my family and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I paid a lot of money for what they sold as a "luxury" experience. What I got instead was a nightmare from start to finish. From the moment I handed over my payment, it felt like their only goal was to squeeze every last penny out of me. Hidden fees, bogus "upgrades," and constant upselling- I felt like I was being robbed at every turn. Transportation? Late, overcrowded, and barely functioning. And don't even get me started on the so- called "activities." Half of them didn't even happen, and the ones that did were rushed and completely disorganized. It felt like they threw this trip together at the last minute and didn't care about the people who paid for it. But what really pushed me over the edge was how they handled complaints-they didn't. Every time I tried to bring up an issue, I was either ignored, brushed off, or flat-out lied to. Their staff acted like they couldn't care less, and it was obvious they had my money and weren't going to lift a finger to help me. I work hard for my money, and to have it stolen like this makes my blood boil. This company is a scam- plain and simple. I wouldn't trust them to organize a trip to the grocery store, let alone a vacation. Save yourself the stress, the anger, and the regret. Stay away from these thieves!

I feel compelled to warn others—DO NOT book with key tours Geneva, this company is also advertised on Geneva tourism! This company is an absolute scam, and I deeply regret trusting them with my time and money. From the start, they lured us in with false promises and deceptive advertising, only to deliver a completely different and subpar experience. The itinerary they sold us was a total lie—key attractions were closed despite weather which was perfect after midday (because they wanted to take our money and most probably go home early on xmas eve!) and the entire trip felt rushed and disorganized. What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability. When we raised our concerns, they flat-out refused to acknowledge their lies and mistakes. Instead of apologizing or offering any solutions, they became defensive and dismissive. They have outright refused to provide even a partial refund, despite failing to deliver what we paid for. Customers should not be expected to bear the financial burden of circumstances beyond their control when Keytours continues to profit from incomplete services. It’s clear this company has no interest in taking responsibility for their false advertising and appalling service. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—stay far away from Key tours! They are liars, con artists, and completely untrustworthy. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your hard-earned money with a company that values honesty and customer satisfaction.

Great trip with a lot to see! It is an all day event so plan accordingly. Lunch and dinner is not included. We did this on a Sunday where the shops were closed in the town.

It was amazing,the guide was nice and very friendly,it’s a must do,taking the train and the cable car to mer de glace was an awesome experience,aiguille de midi was closed due to two avalanches expected it was rainy and snowy and foggy,the town is beautiful I highly recommend this trip
