Make your own way to the Geneva bus station at Place Dorcière. Board your bus at 8:30am, and settle in for your journey to the prestigious ski resort, on the side of Mont Blanc.
When you arrive in Chamonix, pick up your rental boots and skis or a snowboard, then head to the slopes with your ski pass in hand.
Best suited to intermediate and advanced levels, Chamonix has become a bucket-list resort for snow lovers who revel in testing terrain. The altitude is also a draw, and the ski area boasts lifts that reach a height of over 9,842 feet (3,000 meters).
Speed down the high-altitude pistes of Grand Montets to Argentière, and discover off-piste delights at Combe de la Pendant. Test your freestyle skills at Lognan’s snow park and boardercross, and then cruise back to Chamonix via the Pierre à Ric piste.
At the end of the day, return your equipment, then head back to your bus. Your day trip ends at the start point in Geneva.
