      Touch the God!
The place is magical – it feels like you're touching the sky 😅! The tour was very well organized. The only thing that made me hesitate to give the highest rating was the large number of people in the group, which somewhat "dampened" the experience.

We Loved This Cheese & Chocolate!
We chose this trip experience primarily because we wanted to spend only one day venturing outside of Lausanne and because of the authenticity of the cheese and chocolate features. We were impressed with all of the features of the trip, knowing that we were there for the educational experience within the factories, to enjoy the beautiful views, the tastings, and to see the medieval village. The trip was EXACTLY as described and we enjoyed every bit of it. We toured on a Sunday. They arranged for an extremely convenient pickup point right outside of a Metro station in Lausanne (which we were already very familiar with from our weeks' outings). The driver was very kind, informative, and sought to assist us all throughout the day. He was very clear on each place we visited...what to expect, our timeframe, his recommended viewing areas, etc. The Callier chocolate factory has an entertaining and informational audio tour with a smaller replica of the machines and process used in the chocolate making operation. The tasting room was plentiful and you could taste whatever and however much you wished! At the end of the tour, was a giftshop where we purchased chocolates to take home in a cooler bag. We then ventured further into Gruyere to the cheese making facility where we had a tour of the cheese making process, with lunch in the restaurant. Others on our tour bus (a group originating from Geneva) had purchased packages from a different travel vendor, which included a fondue lunch at the cheese factory and Golden train trip back down the mountain to Montreux (this TripAdvisor package DOES NOT include that, which we knew), but our driver was able to upgrade to add our lunch and panoramic train ride....which was excellent because we were then able to eat with the people in our bus group and the meal was already pre-arranged for them and ready to go (i.e. no finding lunch on our own in the village, which we liked due to timeframe). We then ventured into the village and toured the buildings, the church, and walked up to the castle. We were advised that we would not have time to tour the castle, as we had to make our train departure time...which again, was fine, because we knew this already and had not really planned to see the inside of the castle. We were very content with the fabulous views, the idyllic village, and the many opportunities for photos, and strolling. We met back at the bus and the driver put us on the train to head back towards Lausanne. He picked us up from the train station, attended to guests' requests for toileting needs, and we were on our way back to Lausanne/Geneva. In all, our driver was attentive to us, always checking for headcount, making sure we were all accounted for, we followed his instructions precisely and all went well. The factories were very educational, food was delicious, and the views spectacular. If you want a stress-free excursion, where you don't have to plan, arrange, drive, or orchestrate anything, this is your trip. We got on the bus, enjoyed, and were dropped right back where we started, happy as can be! If you like to control your own traveling experience, are picky, grumpy, or are a negative-nelly who doesn't enjoy history and scenery, well, I don't know what to tell you...we absolutely loved it!

Wonderful waterfalls and yummy cheese and chocolate
The views at Rhein falls were amazing. Thanasis was a great driver and guide, he took us all down to the falls and explained where we needed to be, showed us the walking route back and the boat options, he even took lots of pictures for us. We also went to Appenfallen for the chocolate and the cheese tours and they were a lot of fun. Thanasis told us some facts about Switzerland on the journey and recommended his favourite cheeses. Both tours were self guided with interactive elements and we had cheese and lots of chocolate to try on the way round. Would definitely recommend this day trip.

      Gorgeous place to visit!
What a charming & quaint town! They were having an open market the day we went which added to the fun. Beautiful buildings & gorgeous views! They call it the ‘Venice of Switzerland’ but I don’t see any relation - they are both beautiful in their own ways.

      Don’t recommend this company…
Went on this tour and booked the gold trip which was the 2 trips included. The first tour was really busy and was given a ticket on leaving the cable car going up with a number on it as to when you can get the cable car back down. So we couldn’t leave this trip any earlier so we had to wait our turn as to when we could leave. So, this meant that we didn’t get out in enough time to get to do the second trip. So as we spent nearly £400 and wasn’t happy about this so we contacted the company and told them that it was impossible to do both trips in the time limit that they give you and they had refused to give us a partial refund and stated that it wasn’t their issue. I understand that more people have experienced the same issue before and that they know about it if you read past reviews yet they are still selling this trip knowing that if it’s busy it can’t be done in the time limit. So they are mis- selling trips knowing that they can’t be done and so I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company if you want to do both trips in one day. I’m very disappointed with this company not taking the responsibility for their mis-selling trips that’s impossible to do and it’s wrong as people are paying a lot of money and not getting what they have paid for. So if you are looking to do both day trips in one day I would book with another company, one who takes responsibility for what they are selling.

      Excellent adventure
Weather was cool with slight humidity. The place was easy to find and our tour guide David was right on time. We had a minibus with a group of 7. David was very informative with points of interest and history along the route. He answered our questions readily. Our first stop was Chaplin house and it was magnificent -- we wish we had more time to spend there. The next stop was a boat ride which was peaceful and full of great scenery. We then visited the Chillon Castle and what an experience in history that was. The next stop was Montreux and a walk along the lake. Freddy mercury statue, Queen Experience inside the Casino and a nice on your own lunch. The final stop was at a vineyard high up above the city where we were tested to the region's wine and snacks. This is an excellent tour and we highly recommend it.

      Geneva tour
Short overview of Geneva’s international status. Guide was very informative, but honestly not my favorite tour. Just my opinion, but the focus on exact dates and too much detail versus a nice overview of more things would have been more interesting. But perhaps that is exactly what others are looking for.

      Good day out
This is actually three separate excursions joined together: Annecy was lovely and Sara the guide was informative. There was good time allowed to wander and do your own thing. There was a good 30 minutes spent then back in Geneva before the city tour began. That element was an expensive add on and you could do it as well yourself and a lot cheaper. The boat trip around the lake incurred another almost 30 minute break - but it was worth it and Julian was a great host captain. So while a little pricey overall, it packed a lot in and was interesting.

      Don’t recommend
Don’t recommend this company. We booked the Gold Tour, we had No guide with us, was given a map and had to find our own way. Booked 2 excursions and due to it being very busy could only do one and asked for a partly refund as we didn’t get to do the second one due to the time limit that they give you and was refused. We paid £357 and only got to see one tour. The first tour we couldn’t get out of it as they give you a time as to when you can get to leave due to the cable cars being on a schedule to bring people back down and because it was so busy we missed doing the second tour. The times are impossible to do if it's busy and this should be highlighted on when booking the trip. So I would recommend booking with another company if you want to do more than one tour on the same trip as they charge a lot and don’t care if you can do the whole tour if it’s not your fault. They need to address the timing of the tours as of when it’s busy it’s impossible to do both tours and they need to be reported for charging for tours when they know that they can’t be done in the time limit that they give you to do them.

Delightful. A cross between Venice and Amsterdam ( lots of bikes)
Annecy is fabulous. It’s such a beautiful town. We hired an apartment on Rue Jean-Jacques and had a beautuful balcony overlooking one of the rivers that come down from the famous lake.

A place to visit more then once.
Lovely place with a lot of people in the summer, amazing lake with a lot of cafe’s around the lake. Really nice for a bike ride, approx 50km around the lake and you can stop for a bath in the lake on several places so bring your bathing clothes. A walk in the old town in the evening is really amazing, but be prepared that’s it’s a lot of people.

Loved this trip I highly recommend taking this trip. It’s partially guided and a lot of free time to explore on your own but they did such a fantastic job explaining where everything was

      Geneva. Switzerland’s marvel
The places are historical and lots of parks around and the long sidewalks of the Lake Geneva (Lac Léman) was SPLENDID 👍🏽

      worth the extra expense
The trip was amazing, but did NOT include the Glacier Palace as part of the tour, despite this being part of the name of the tour AND an item listed as "included". The lift ticket that includes the Glacier Palace costs an additional 120 Swiss Francs. That was a big surprise for all 12 people on the tour.

£302 for 2 persons, I thought every penny will worth my Full Day Trip.
On arrival at 10 am, we were told that Aiguille de Midi Cable car will be delayed to 11 am.
Then we were told its not going before 13 00. During which, Brevent is proposed as an option which is around 1000 m less compared to what was paid for.
At 1300, we were informed the Cable Car is not going for the day.
Then, the Red train to Montenvers... Mer de Glace.. Ice cave is closed.
Keytours do provide you with an Unlimited Day Pass.. when they know the activities are not in service. Surely, NON REFUNDABLE.
Keytours in this business for many years.. they know which service is on or off. I paid for Aiguille de Midi.. NOT Brevent.
Behind the cute smile of the Guide Neil, hides a hypocrite well trained staff.

To end, I will suggest NOT to book with these people, better pay few more quids, go there on the spot and do your activities folks.

Good morning, We thank you for your request. We sell of products including cable car and mountain train. however if one cable car is close we take another one. Unfortunately, the day when went the cable car to Aiguille du Midi was close and we cannont know it before. We cannot know before departure if they will open because Chamonix gives the informations only around 11 depending on the ice and snow falls. Bad weather can happen on a trip to the mountain and we never know before leaving. We are sorry for your experience, Best regards
