About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Sconniegirlexplorer0 contributionsGrand adventure!AMAZING! The views were spectacular. We loved the different modes of transportation, the numerous hiking options, the fun activities such as the ropes course, gliders, etc...and plenty of bathrooms, food and water availability. We left at 9:40 and did not return until 5. It was a beautiful day that we will remember.Written August 31, 2024
- TravellingHitz0 contributionsPiz Gloria with friendsAmazing experience all around. Using public transportation is a great way to see Switzerland the way locals see it. Our guide was wonderful and provided excellent information both on this trip and advice for the rest of our stay. The views from the top of Schilthorn are exquisite!Written August 26, 2024
- luisc4000 contributionsReliable tourEven throw it was a long time Septc2023, I stillremenber this tour it was well organized very good tour guide, knowledgable, always on timeWritten August 18, 2024
- proshop130 contributionsExtremely disappointed …paid crazy amount to be on our ownThis tour was considerably overpriced. We could have done this completely on our own and learned more. Although our guide was nice, he did not provide much info at all except directions. Paying this outrageous amount to drop us in Murren was very disappointing. Murren is a nice town, however paying $275 pp to be on our own was a complete rip off. I do not recommend this tour at all!Written July 26, 2024
- 605clayton0 contributionsHighly Recommended TripWhat an excellent tour! Our guide, Abraham was exceptional. We would not have been able to accomplish the day’s schedule without him; we switched trains multiple times each direction with limited transition time. Abraham was knowledgeable, interesting, and a delight to speak with. He provided context about all the different legs of the trip, the scenery and villages we passed through. His background and experiences contributed to our understanding of the region. Thank you Abraham for a fantastic excursion!!Written July 21, 2024
- 920jenenet0 contributionsscenic train rideDue to devastating Floods and landslides we could only get as far as Brig. Travelled first class. Seats comfortable and lunch was included, Chicken curry and Marzipan Tart.Written July 17, 2024
- 459martinl0 contributionsAround InterlakenInterlaken is a crowded tourist town. For a much better experience, jump on buses and go round the two lakes which give the place its name. Don't miss Thun and its castle - great town and the castle is wonderful, great exhibition.Written July 15, 2024
- DLBVT0 contributionsGreat stop at a beautiful spotWe enjoyed the ride on the funicular, there is a cool tunnel on the route and even more so the view at the top. We had a lovely lunch at the top as well.Written July 13, 2024
- Patricia H0 contributionsWonderful way to learn about Switzerland and the people.Christoph Gobeli was fantastic. Did everything possible to make this a great experience and learning time even though the weather was not totally cooperating.Written July 8, 2024
- NigelF2180 contributionsGreat views poor facilitiesThe views are amazing. Train journey very crowded. Let down by the totally insufficient facilities at the top. Giant gift shop but seating for only around 50 for any coffee or soft drinks and snacks. Expensive restaurant .Written June 28, 2024
- 614abdelghanie0 contributionsEnjoyable trip like a dream through the fantastic Swiss AlpsThe train ride and the views are amazing…like a dream..enjoying nature. The online reservation didn’t clarify the direction of the seats relative to the train direction. The choices of meals are expensive and unattractiv. Unfortunately some passengers talk loudly and interrupts our focus on watching and enjoying the fantastic mountains and its peaks, snow covered areas, valleys, lakes, water falls and streams as well as bridges. It’s definitely worth seeing during your visit to Switzerland during.Written June 22, 2024
- K4026OEdebbiew0 contributionsCheck weather before bookingTouristy, crowded train. Check the weather before booking a ticket. No refunds or exchanges. There was a white out and could not see anything. Looked like Siberia.Written June 8, 2024
- C2959WLdavidi0 contributionsPoor ticketingTicketing process was horrible. Spent an hour and a half trying to get into the ride and trying to find tickets that they said would be emailed to us. The tour itself was brilliant.Written June 8, 2024
- K4026OEdebbiew0 contributionsWell worth it!This is the best way to see the Alps, the Matterhorn and so much more. You can buy a ticket that takes you on to Cervinia, Italy, a small Italian ski resort town and come back. Just be sure to be back before the lifts close for the day. This is wayyyy better than the train ride to Gorgonot. Much, much better.Written June 3, 2024
- David M0 contributionsGreat day on Lake Thun. This enjoyable day trip takes you the full way around Lake Thun starting from Interlaken and proceeding to all the sites (caves, suspension bridge, city of Thun for lunch and across lake via boat to Blue Lake and back again). This tour permits ample personal time to explore these sites at your own pace and since travel is most by van to various places, you aren’t sitting and waiting for public transport except for the boat, which was only 10 minutes. I would recommend this day tour without hesitation.Written May 15, 2024

I use a 100 lb small scooter for distance that breaks down into 4 pieces which my husband does for me. I have used it on trips to Europe. Will this be all right ?
