Absolutely first class. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and open to questions. As it was a small boat, two way dialogue was possible with the guide, rather than him reading from a script. The small boat was also able to navigate some of the smaller canals which the bigger boats can't enter. I highly recomment this company.

A lovely way to experience Haarlem’s waterways and learn more about this beautiful and interesting town. My husband booked the tour and we were very glad we chose the open boat option over the enclosed top alternatives which were packed with people. With only six of us aboard in the October sunshine, it was a real treat. Our guide, Walter, was engaging and knowledgeable and made the trip a pleasure. The glass of fizz was nice too! .

Louis was a knowledgeable and friendly captain, ensuring that we were comfortable and informed about the sights we passed. My daughter and I were the only ones who signed up for the 1:00pm time slot so we ended up with a private tour! Our guide, Warden (a real Mosquito - that’s what true locals call themselves - fun fact from Warden) was great! Very friendly and informative. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We signed up for the first tour of the day and ended up being the only ones there, so we accidentally ended up with our very own private tour! It was lots of fun; we learned a bunch about the history of Haarlem and even a little bit about the United States that we hadn’t heard before! Would definitely recommend! Word of advice: if it’s even a mildly warm day, wear a hat!

Very nice experience. I rented a boat for a private tour. Boris was a great host, he prepared our boat and gave us clear instructions. Took the boat via the Spaarne to Haarlem centrum.

Joshua was a great guide and even put up with our kids getting a bit crazy. We were lucky to get a time slot with just our family and it made our day.

A relaxing ride on the canals of Haarlem. Informative (and funny) captain/owner. Drinks for purchase. I recommend. Only complaint is that it was too short-so I did it twice!
