They were a friendly family and easy to get along with. Things that could have made it a 5 Star experience: 1) Airconditioning; cooking got very hot in the kitchen. 2) Recipes for the items we cooked. Our family learned to make Tuscan bread, pasta, and tiramisu. The experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity to cook together and prepare dinner. The chef , Fortunato, was very patient and the food was delicious. At the end of the night they left and the kitchen was all clean, very organized. It was a lot of food. We contacted this catering company and we ask for a private chef ! they were very efficient and professional! the food was a good selection of cured meat and cheese from the area; pasta in carbonara way and beef cooked with red wine! I'm italian and I can say the food is great and service very satisfying . perfect value for money !Written February 19, 2019
