If you are curious to know the wonderful city of Assisi, the places that characterize it and make it the most famous Umbrian city in the world, you cannot miss this guided tour.
In the company of qualified and competent guides, you will begin your journey to discover Assisi from one of the most important symbols of the city, the Basilica of San Francesco, an architectural masterpiece that since 2000 is also recognized and protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site . In the two superimposed and independent churches, you will admire the pictorial works of famous artists such as Giotto, Cimabue, Lorenzetti and Simone Martini, inside the crypt, finally, you can visit the remains of the Saint.
You will then continue with a visit to Piazza del Comune, where you will admire the temple of Minerva and, not far away, the New Church built on the home of San Francesco. The visit will continue with the Basilica of Santa Chiara and the Cathedral of San Rufino, to conclude in the upper part of the city.

Hadn't I called them to confirm the day before my tour, wouldn't have known they've cancelled it. My 87yo grandma has been waiting for it for over 10 years!
Luckily I was able to find another company, a small Italian business, cheaper and more professional than a worldwide one.
So regrettable...
