My host was Enza and she was fantastic! She mad me feel so welcome in her kitchen, the cooking lesson was wonderful, we made an array of local pasta and vegetable dishes and a wonderful dessert. The experience was one that I would highly recommend. Thank you Enza for a delightful morning and delicious food! Siena is beautiful, definitely worth visiting and this experience was authentically Italian.

My fiance and I had the best time at this pasta and tiramisu class! From the moment we arrived, Cesarine Enza made us feel so welcome. She was just so warm nd passionate about teaching, explaining each step clearly, and making sure we were all involved. The setting was intimate and cozy, which made the experience even more special. The tagliatelle we made was incredible, and the tiramisu was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted! It was a such an authentic experience and I’ll never forget it. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Siena!

This experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Our group learned how to make delicious ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu from scratch, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Not only was Genny an amazing host and teacher, she was also so kind. Along with Genny, we also met her family, which made the experience more special. Her whole family went above and beyond to welcome us. She even had birthday candles for our tiramisu since it was my husband's birthday. I cannot recommend this cooking course enough!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful experience at our pasta and tiramisu cookery class. Our charming host could not have been kinder and more helpful. We learned so much about how to prepare the dishes which were delicious The local red wine was also much enjoyed. We would thoroughly recommend this experience and our charming hostess!

We had a great time with this cooking class. Genny had us make tiramisu, ravioli, and tagliatelle. Her kitchen had everything we needed and she was an excellent teacher. She prepared a delicious charcuterie which we enjoyed with wine on their lovely deck while she got things ready for lunch. Her husband,son, niece and nephew were there so it was a fun family lunch! This experience was one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany.

Good pasta making class in an apartment in the centre of town. Enza spoke very good English. I had one to one tuition as no one else had booked on the class, it was good in one way as I had all the attention, but it might have been more fun if there'd been a couple of other people. I made ravioli, pici pasta and gnocchi and a couple of sauces. I will definitely use what I learned to make my own fresh pasta at home now. I thought it was quite expensive for what it was though, I've had other cooking and foodie experiences in France and Italy while travelling that were better value for money I felt.

Cesarine is such a joy. I went with my husband and three children, two of which are 10 and under. Cesarine was so kind and patient with them. She was very relaxed and her cooking was simple to follow and delicious. She was so hospitable and kind. Her apartment is in the middle of the town of Siena and is authentic and local. Grazie tanto Cesarine.

We really enjoyed the class. We learned a lot about making pasta and Tiramisu. Great food and great fun! You get to eat the food after you make it!

My husband and I had a lovely and fun evening cooking dinner with Patrizia! She was so kind and patient, and we learned a lot about authentic Italian cooking! We made our own pasta, which we have never even attempted (we are now going to try it at home!). It was simple ingredients, but everything was so delicious :)

Enzo was a great host and a wonderful cook/chef. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Her recipes tasted great. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great evening! Our host, Mrs. Barbara Rossi was wonderful. The preparation was a lot of fun and the resulting meal was excellent. What a great host! She even made a cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We highly recommend this event!!!!

We were looking to have the ultimate Italian cooking experience, we hoped for pasta and deliciousness and Enza delivered. She invited us warmly into her home and made us feel instantly welcome. We made the most amazing pasta dishes, sauces and an authentic tiramisu which we then enjoyed over lunch and we were able to take the left overs away with us. It surpassed our expectations. Enza was delightful and we could not recommend this experience more highly! Victoria & Fiona

My daughter and I went last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will be enjoying the leftovers for the next couple of days and looking forward to practicing what we learned when we return home.

This experience was a dream come true! Barbara welcomed us into her gorgeous, historic home for a wonderful night where we were lucky enough to learn about Italian cooking traditions and to enjoy a beautiful, delicious dinner with the best of friends. I can’t imagine a better way to experience the local charm and culture of the Siena region. This was the highlight of our visit and Barbara was the perfect host!
