About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jaime L0 contributionsTuscan sunsetHomemade pasta, fantastic views of Tuscany, and welcoming hosts - we couldn’t have wished for better! Immediately upon arriving at the estate, we were welcomed with a delicious array of cheeses, meats, and prosecco. When we had settled in, we began to make homemade pasta. Danielle and Laura were more than accommodating for one of us who could not eat dairy, and went out of their way to make sure we all felt like guests in their home. We were all able to be very involved in the pasta-making process as we made homemade pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli - all of which were very delicious and involved very natural and fresh ingredients. While cooking, we saw the most amazing sunset and everyone took a break to take it all in. We talked about pesto, prosciutto, herbs and castles. Overall, it was wonderful to chat with such a lovely Italian family and learn about Italian cooking. The food, the views and the family were great. This was definitely a highlight of our trip!Written June 11, 2023
- Eduardo T0 contributionsBest cooking class experienceMy wife and I wanted to have a culinary experience in Italy, and wanted to have a nice private and local cooking class near San Gimignano. Claudia was simply amazing!. We immediately felt so comfortable, everything was perfectly organized, and we were able to make delicious pasta, and tiramisu. Later we enjoyed the food together with her husband, great company and beautiful sunset.Written June 21, 2022
